It seems of late that all we hear is how we should eat plant foods and not meat or dairy products etc. Almond milk is not as nutritious as cows milk and should not be given the children? It is also produced with pesticides and heaps of water to grow them. I was watching a cooking show last week and the vegan chef said h I also feel that a acre of plant food will give the grower more money they a cow or sheep would over a year. However, if the environmentalists...

What I don't like, in fact I loathe, about Vegans and Vegetarians is thet they adopt the attitude that they are so much better than everyone else. yet these are the same people who want all their "Flesh" replacement meals to taste just like the Beef, Chickem Lamb, Turkey, Pork, Salmon, Barramundi, Herrings etc. they used to eat before they became so much better, more Environmentally Conscious and overall Much Superior Citizens than the rest of us.
The next time you are in the Supermarket have a good, close look at the Ingredients Label on all this Vegetarian, Vegan food. You will be surprised, very possibly, and justifiably, shocked at the amount of Laboratory-produced "Nature Identical" Flavours, Colours, the amount of Sodium, NaCl, and other Artificial Chemicals which are used to make those Meat Free Sausages, Mince, Steaks etc. taste just like the real thing!
It is a bit like those people who say they have stopped using sugar, the Cane or Beet variety and have switched to No Calorie, No Fat Artificlal Sweeteners all sold under trade names but which are, in truth, produced in laborarories and some of the ingredients have been shown, no, Proven to be Carcinogenic!
You don't have to adopt any of these extremist fads such as Veganism, if you want to reduce the amount of Meats you eat, just do so and increase your Vegetables including Potatoes!
For the extremists they all seem to think they are better than everyone else, they are so arrogant, so smug, they really have no idea what problems they are setting up fopr themselves after eating all that Artificial rubbish. They won't eat Cheese, drink Milk, eat Eggs and try to imply that this is contributing to cutting down on Animal Cruelty. Garbage, utter garbage because the Cows will still be producing milk, chickens still laying infertile eggs and they do it al Naturally.

Honestly, as road users, we all pay our share of taxes. It is my opinion that anyone using a two-wheel bicycle should pay a share of road taxes and wear a numbered identification bib of some sort, bet that gets a few hot under the collar.

and pedestrians too...we could tax animals even...dogs using the footpaths...what about wheelchairs and motorised buggies?...kids triikes too...think of all the revenue!!!...we could make lots of money and crush everyone under our will....fantastic...we could tattoo numbers on people's heads....and if they didn't pay their taxes we could gather them all up and keep them in camps.....

Lately, if I am not director or CEO of a company, or I don't have own company, I am scanned out of surveys. I mean, be realistic - would really the owner of a company have time for online surveys? Or someone with income greater than 150k a year would spend time to do online surveys about groceries stores? I don't think so. That requirements of being even able to do some survey is almost impossible lately. What are your experiences?
Magpie
Like a lot of others, I get screened out of countless surveys - certainly there are far more outs than acceptances. There is absolutely no doubt that the main reason I get the 'cold shoulder' is my age. I am 77.
Being rejected used to annoy me but I have come to accept that the so called marketing experts aren't interested in considered opinions from us older folk and believe that the world functions around the upwardly mobile with more money than sense. That's okay, they pay their money and get what they want but I wish they wouldn't waste everyone's time in this manner.

How much are we eating, and we don't know it. Starting to notice warnings on a few foods, what do you guys know about it?
WonkyandProud
I think we have no idea what we are eating. How could we know? We aren't there where our food is grown or even worse where it's produced, handled and packaged. Unless you grow your own food and raise your own livestock, you don't know what you're eating. Even then, what part does the environment and the feed for the livestock impact the final product? Almost everything from the air we breathe to the items we interact with to the food we eat affects us. I'm more concerned with the electronics and all the things we can't see. I have proof that the electricity in our homes can kill us, even our pets and trees. Now there is so much more than just the electricity we use. All the devices we use affect us, and I feel we are forced to use them out of necessity. I hate mobile phones, but almost every company wants you to download an app which I think is for tracking purposes, but they make it appear to be for out benefit. When do companies EVER do anything just to save us money? That doesn't even make sense. I feel like we are lambs being sent to the slaughter and everyone just follows along. I try not to, but sometimes we HAVE to in order to do what we have to do. They assume everyone has a cell phone and internet. We should be able to make that choice and not be forced into using things that we don't even understand how they work! Maybe I'm just too old for this. Does anyone agree or am I paranoid? I've been around long enough to know not to trust everything. You can't even believe what you hear and see now with the AI which is another subject I'd like to avoid!

Has anyone heard of the 'Bulla Rescue' in Australia which involves horses? I watched a documentary about rescuing Race horses that were left to starve to death by a trainer. There were many reports sent to the RSPCA, but it was not investigated. They found over 20 horses dead or dying from starvation. 23 horses were rescued, but 3 had to be put down. If you report something serious, shouldn't it be investigated. In the end the police were also involved.
Mooi
So much goes on in the racing industry. It is all about money and greed. It happens with horse racing and greyhound racing, rodeos and any form of animal exploitation. It is always about the money they can make out of an animal and when it is spent and considered no longer profitable, it is discarded. These animals are sentient beings, not commodities.

I was recently at the Doctors & the waiting room & treatment room all had posters stating, "abuse of staff will not be tolerated!" I then went to the Medical lab & X-ray rooms where there were more posters stating the same in large bold writing. It is sad that society has come down to a lack of respect for people who are doing their best to help others. A nurse at the hospital said they cannot put their surnames on their name tags, or they get trolled & abused through social...

How disgusting this behaviour is. Sometimes it is because of a medical condition or illicit drug taking. Sometimes people are just downright abusive. The internet has made society very unsociable
and aggressive. Not to mention all the other stuff that has changed our society. Manners and respect - where the hell is it.

Growing up in a close family is a wonderful thing. I was lucky to have a family like this. Two boys, two girls. But that's not to say we didn't have our moments. One of my brothers and myself were like oil and water, we could not get along. As adults, we grew out of it, and now we can count on each other for anything. We were lucky that none of us strayed very far from home, with my youngest brother staying on the farm where we grew up. My father...

I never had/knew this kind of family life. When I was too young to remember, my dad took my sister and I, along with my mom's housekeeper, and moved us away while mom was in the hospital. If I had known this, I would have hated the man. When that didn't work out, we lived with housekeepers and stepmothers, along with their children. Mom found us after dad died, but within a few months she had been murdered in her Los Angeles apartment. She was 62 years old. I had spent 5 days with her. This was my childhood. I'm happy you knew the love of a close family! 🥰 Later I learned he had married before my mom, and had 3 other children. My mom had married, and had 1 son, who we think killed her for drug money. I never met any of the other 4.

What makes you decide a person is beautiful? Is it just their outward appearance? Or, what they are like inside? In my experience with deciding if a person is beautiful, is their initial attractiveness on the outside, and then seeing what they were like on the inside changed my perspective of them as they showed how nasty they actually are. I'm not saying all attractive people are not good, but some can be very arrogant.
writerrochelle
And some not so attractive people can have such a good heart inside that they eventually appear attractive outside too! I've known people with a beautiful outside appearance that, after I got to know them, they actually started looking ugly on the outside for their evil inside. Jehovah God is looking for, and directing us to through his angels, goodhearted people since the end is drawing near, just like before the flood in Noah's day! ☺️

As the local bank branches have closed and the ATM has gone I have to travel to the next suburb in order to get cash, so when I was in a large shopping centre recently and saw an ATM I decided to use it. I first noticed the keypad was very low so I had to stoop as I put my card in. The screen asked which security I wanted, facial recognition, thumb or PIN, then did I want a withdrawal, deposit, transfer or balance. Then it was cheque, savings, or cash...
Terry G 153626
I bank with Macquarie. They dont have branches or ATMs but i can go to any bank ATM and withdraw cash without paying any fee. They pay me 2.75% on my transaction account and 5% on my savings and they dont have any silly requirements like making desposits every month. Best bank for my needs.

Woke used to mean one thing.... now it is just confusing... Gay was happy once.... Quark can mean a Desktop publishing program....or a fundamental particle or a type of cheese!....why don't we just make up some more words?...is it a lack of imagination?...what do you think?....if that is too tiring maybe we could get AI to do it for us...it saves us from thinking doesn't it

I don't use slang words that are meaningless in their context. I prefer using the English language, which is confusing enough already. ;-D

When you set a list of Surveys which one do you choose? By Colour By Number of Stars By Reward Amount By Time or Just start at the top and work your way down I personally go by the Time because I am completing a Survey between jobs or chores or going out. What do you do?
Katya
I start with Azure. Then take the shortest time ones. I am so tired of the long ones. I finish them, then they say I didn't, and give me compensation. I send in screenshots where they say I finished them to Rewardia, and Rewardia says it looks like I didn't finish it, when I have proof. So no wasting time on long ones.

Based on recent data from early 2026, New Zealand households are experiencing high levels of financial pressure, with nearly half (49%) reporting more pressure than usual at the start of the year. How is it where you live? What's your household's current level of financial pressure?
Woodster
I hope this Middle East war doesn't go on for too much longer as this is affecting prices and causing pressure for so many, particularly farmers and the transport industry. Our household feels pressure when the stock market falls and so does our superannuation.

Over the years I have seen servers in restaurants being treated badly by the patrons, and often for no good reason. And yes, there are those servers that obviously don't care if your food arrives cold or even if it arrives at all. But there are a lot of good ones that do the best they can under difficult circumstances. My husband would always go out of his way to single out these people and let them know that they were appreciated. Once in Vegas we watched a poor kid...
Secret Squirrel
Working with the general public is a thankless job the majority of the time. But it takes only one person to notice you and give you some words of appreciation to make your day. A real smile, some words of encouragement or acknowledgement goes a long way. And believe me ,they remember you. I know I did.

Due to cost of living, raised rents etc. my household has increased by 2 extra adults and 2 school aged children. My daughter and her family are struggling to save for a home of their own - they have good full-time jobs. Problem is, even though I love them to bits, the extra work e.g. washing, cleaning, cooking is exhausting, not to mention the noise factor and increased costs - electricity, water, groceries. I just want my house back, quiet, clean and the ability to walk...
Norman PSBHRJ
If it's more expensive for you then why aren't they paying for all the extra or giving you any money. You also mention the extra work, why are you doing it all? Busy or not, your "Adult Children" should be helping you a lot more, They are taking advantage because you do every thing for them. They don't work 24/7 and they could pitch in by giving you money and doing some of those chores. Partially it's your fault as your not saying anything to them. You want things to change, speak up and set some rules, your house after all, so take charge.

I have hearing disability but some people even after I have informed them, continue to want to contact me by phone and try to make a point of I have tried to ring you many times. Should I ignore them? Should I apologise to them? Should I tell them where to go? Should I block their phone numbers? Should I pretend to talk to them and then hear about what they have said in the conversation? Should I believe what they say I agreed to in the phone call? It seems to be mainly...
Tara
I feel your frustration; I too have hearing loss and can relate to what you're going through. Something that works like a charm for me that I've found effective:
Create a Voice mail message 'Hello you've reached ######### Please 'text' me as I'm hard of hearing and occasionally miss calls, if you don't text me, don't be offend when your call is not answered, thank you.

What does grateful living mean to you? Occasional thank-yous, or a constant state of gratefulness for everything, good or bad? I admit it is not easy to be grateful for a bad day, but any given day means so much - one more day lived in your life. I say thank you for every single day to God, or to the universe, or to my body. I have pretty painful legs, but these legs have walked and still walk on this earth an immeasurable number of steps, so I say thank you to them. No legs?...

The housing problem is terrible...there aren't enough houses....what can we do?...blame earlier Governments?...deport people...ban immigration and not allow nasty foreigners to buy any?....we could build big complexes so we have cheap housing where people work?....no..everyone wants a house with a garden...we could just build loads of houses everywhere...and connect it all to hi-speed trains...no hi-speed trains cost too much...and everyone who has already bought a house...

I have heard it said quite a bit lately that it is much harder to make friends as an adult, than as children or young people. School and extracurriculars are options for children and Uni/ Tafe or work, parties and hobby related activities are often places young people make friends as well. As we get older sometimes the opportunities to make new friends are more limited. Has this been your experience? Do you make new friends? If so where did you meet them? Was it...

As I get older (I am eighty years old) - it became EASIER for me to make friends (as I became less judgmental in my social (personal)) life!

I am not much of a storyteller, but in this case I will make an exception. A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of making a new acquaintance (male, obviously) over a social network group at a fairly prestigious venue. We exchanged a phone number, but that was it. A few weeks later, for some reason, I connected with him over the phone. Long story cut short, we met up for lunch on a weekend, which was very pleasant. After that, we parted ways. I learned that on that...

Now that I've got another year to upgrade, I'm trying to decide what's best. I'm fine with Windows 10, but then I hear how much better Windows 11 supposedly is. I also hear the downside, like insufficient disk space to upgrade, programs not running once you make the change, and all kinds of other stuff. What I'd like to know, is how many of you have upgraded and what you think of Windows 11? Was it worth it?
Uncle Peep (Robert F)
My laptop doesn't meet the requirements for the upgrade so I'm gonna just keep on using it as long as possible. If it starts having issues I'll buy a new one with the newest version of Windows.

There is nothing wrong with it, other than it probably won t give you the status you were assuming would come with the car. It s a terrible reason to buy a car and sooner or later, you realize that the people that you think care, don t. In fact, it has no influence in anything. What would you say? What are your thoughts on Education? Is the system too rigid and doesn't cater to individual students needs, or do you feel it's too loose and has no real meaning anymore? It may be what you remember during your years at school, or the experience you have/had sending your children or other children in your care to school.
Pearlz
The education system is nothing more than a left leaning brain washing scheme. The teachers have no authority over the pupils who do pretty much what they like. There is no discipline or routine and nothing worthwhile is being taught. One of my children had a subject called pastoral care. I thought it was spelt "pasture" and wondered why they were learning about animal husbandry. I never did find out exactly what he learnt but his children have been taught about the stolen generation, how we stole their land, the world will burn up via climate change and you can be gender neutral or gender fluid and that there are more than 2 sexes. When I told my 10 year old grandson he might like Mork & Mindy he was quite concerned telling me many old TV shows aren't appropriate today. Fancy loading that on the shoulders of a 10 year old. In my opinion it's nothing more than child abuse. They are children and should be able to enjoy a childhood free of concern and unnecessary worry.

In my humble opinion, Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese, should be congratulated for his efforts to ban social media for 16-year-olds. Will it work, though? Young people (year 10 students) I have spoken to recently seem to think not. There are too many sad stories. Something has to be done.
Squeekums
We will be ignoring it, we will help our kid get around it
Social media hasnt been bad for her
My kid was bullied out of school and NONE was online
They knew that left a trail we could take to the cops
They did it in person, in front of school staff and nothing would happen, she got told by staff that being told to off herself wasnt that bad and to turn the other cheek cos the bullies have a hard home life
So tell me where and how this will stop bullying?
All it stops is kids being informed
Stops them being connected
Stops them interacting in the modern world
Stops them from accessing hobby groups, like art or my kids venturer group communicate on discord
Stops kids forming social opinions that governments dont like

With AI and self-service being the new darling for many businesses and the scourge for customers, do you have any suggestions for businesses on how to ACTUALLY keep your business? 1. Get rid of the plethora of unnecessary over-paid management types, and lower the product / service prices.
Don't waste piles of money on ridiculously priced advertising company campaigns that tell customers nothing about the product / service.
Don't buy / rent hideously over-priced buildings to operate from (including NOT renting shops in over-priced shopping malls).
Don't get greedy #1: Stick to the business' core products / services. Don't try branching out into other weird sidelines that have nothing to do with the business.
Don't get greedy #2. There is no need for any company to "take over the world". The business does not need a billion branches all over the country / world.

I let the Sheriff know seems for now the drones are not flying. My Blink door cameras were picking up all the activity, and it was going on night after night after night. Do others see drones this often in the country?

Education is something that can never be taken away from you. Once upon a time, someone said to me, Your education is something that no one can ever take from you." Most people live on high credit that will take forever to pay off due to living on higher means than what we can afford. Bad enough having one credit card, but many have a few, which make you go into a spiral life of credit & you never can get out of. I believe one card is bad enough, you shouldn t be able to obtain any more to stop you from getting out of control. Do you feel banks should stop this to stop people s lives from getting out of control?
Vicki2026
I honestly don't know. I am trying hard to pay off our cards, but our debt did not come from living too well, but simply having to pay bills. My husband had to have operations & could not work or get unemployment because he had his own business, so we accrued debt from medical & other bills. I worked, but it wasn't enough. I can't wait until it's all paid off!! I look forward to that freedom!

Do you agree with this? In my opinion, if AI can't do even simple things (distinguish between genuine emails and spam/scam emails and Microsoft is the WORST OFFENDER for not being able to do this even when you tell it this one is ok and this one is not) and giving wrong answers when searching for things (not just search engines but within sites when you are looking for specific products, and you even give it the brand, product name product code etc). ...

You may feel lonely because many of your friends are at work. You may be bored. The activities you try may not challenge or engage you. Many retirees feel they have lost their sense of purpose. What are your thoughts? Why is it so hard to retire?
Jennifer
Many reasons mainly the cost of living. I agree with a panel member that the Govt don't want you to retire so change the goal posts as frequently as they can get away with. The Govt needs our taxes more and more as people either choose not to have children or can't literally afford to with housing and cost of living. A totally sad state of affairs as it changes peoples' lives so the rich can get richer and tell the middle class which will become almost extinct that they are lazy or didn't work hard enough. Totally unjust and immoral. We absolutely have to choose the best Govt in May this year to serve the ordinary working people of this country. Let's unite together there is absolute power in numbers!!!

On the one hand we hear on the news that children are conducting more crimes such as ram raids, teenagers deliberately serving half cooked chicken nuggets (raw on the inside) to kids in fast food restaurants etc. On the other hand, mental health issues are on the rise, and it seems as though people are less resilient now, with more depression and anxiety. Do you think we are raising our kids to be too soft or too uncaring?
BLM
Do I think people are raising their kid(s) to be too soft or too uncaring (good question) ...hm. One, I always 'thought' kid(s) were carbon copy of their parents when it comes to pernicious behavior. Two, if kid(s) are too soft or uncaring (that is not on society, but on their parents - aka parents not doing their job - since their parents got the kid - HERE). Last, I don't have any kids (not my issue or concern)!

For me, it is a no. Once you ve seen a bunch of beaches, a bunch of mountains, a bunch of cities, how many times do you need to do those things again? What is your experience? Is dedicating your 20s to world travel wise?
BLM
Is dedicating your 20s to world travel wise... hm... It will help you decided what you want in life. Fewer physical attachments equal more freedom and more travel. You'll get street smart. It will make you a more interesting person. You'll grow culturally. You'll learn to develop your independence and how to be responsible. You'll learn how to manage your money early in life. You won't resent it later in life (not travelling). Last but not least - because you 'really' deserve it (to travel earlier in LIFE).

In our family, every year we would give the same presents. My Dad would wrap up a potato in lots of newspaper and put it under the tree, one for me and one for my brother. He then did this for my daughters as well. We always had one fun gift, One daughter always got a coffee mug, she has quite a collection now. The other always got funny underpants. I would search all year for both. My husband still gets a cigar (his one a year) and I get good chocolates. ...

I am an only girl in a family with four brothers. My mother lived to be 88 years old and had dementia. I moved her in with me and cared for her for the last three years of her life. Only one of my brothers came to see her, the others didn't even call to check on her. Mom was a good mother and took good care of us growing up. We had an alcoholic father who cared more about his liquor than about us, but Mom made up for it by giving more of herself. I know of other families...

Gender is not the issue, more like family dynamics is the issue combined with the stereotyping of males. Furthermore, your sample size is too small to draw valid conclusions on gender. In addition, under the scenario you described you can draw invalid generalizations about males. Which has led to the 'myth' of girls (women) are more responsible than boys (men)...hm - even in these politically correct times - males are winning custody of their child or children from their ex-wives - for the first time - in the history of democracies!

Has anyone noticed that the weather outside is colder than usual for this time of year, especially here in California where I live? It feels like I m living in Wisconsin, where it s not sunny most of the time. Even when the sun comes out, it s not hot. Winters in Wisconsin often reach 50 below zero, and the weather can change dramatically it might rain, then shine, and then snow, which is quite strange. Also, I really dislike group homes and their regulations....
Nel
Hello Lisa thank you for the Californian weather perspective. In Melbourne the weather is similar, it's colder and hotter during this time of the year, than the past few years. Climate change and its effects are quite obvious. Regarding your plight of living with house mates is a bit daunting, but what can you do? When you cannot afford a home by yourself, some sacrifices have to be made. I pass a positive compliment to you. If you are the one who is appearing in the photo, you look quite young and smart, why not try a career advancement to buy your own place? Just a suggestion! This is what I did when I was young: work harder to climb the ladder to achieve career development. It was hard but, it solved a lot of life problems. Good Luck! 😀

Should offenders be jailed for the rest of their lives without parole, leaving the bill to the taxpayer, which amounts to over $100k annually? Or should we just implement the death penalty? The only reason offenders receive these sentences is for the protection of the community not financial protection. If the death penalty were applied to severe life-without-parole offenders, both the community and the taxpayer would benefit. In either case, the offenders aren't stepping back...

I went into the city for an appointment and stopped into a Cafe to get coffee. It was a tiny place with a big, heavy glass door. I noticed from the 6 customers crammed in there, one man was needing to take a lady's mug of coffee to her outside (in her wheelchair) So I went and pulled the door open and held it for him to go out to her I may well have been a door stopper. The worst experience I've had with being invisible was a few years ago. I had recently been released from hospital after an accident. Do you think seniors cause more car accidents than young people?
Robyroo
I received my licence at 19 & am now 82, I have never had a speeding ticket, only a small dint in my car in our car park misjudging how close I was to a pole. Another scratch on the front must have been done by someone else when my car was in the shopping centre. Will have to go for my license in three years & not looking forward to it, my husband is due for the second time he passed there last one in flying colours. How many young people with have a record like this, all my children & now grandchildren have been picked up mostly for speed limit fortunately not drink driving, one G Child lost his license for three months after loosing all his points, was rather expensive , fines as well as difficulty in getting to work.

Maybe it's time to remember that country people need bigger vehicles to successfully run their farms, be they meat, fruit, vegetable or other. Without our rural industries the NZ economy would be in a total mess. And of course you are right, big vehicles don't fit in little car-parks and rural people do not go out of their way to annoy town-people so let's just be a little more tolerant please

Joe Biden has pledged to raise America's national minimum wage to $15 an hour. Economists traditionally believed that minimum wages actually hurt workers, but recent research has led to a rethink. What do you think - does it hurt workers?
NZTiberius
In New Zealand the minimum wage is $21.20. What has happened is that all essential businesses where staff earn minimum wage (eg petrol stations, supermarkets) have put their prices up. This means that the minimum wage earners are not any better off and those of us earning a little more, but not a lot more than minimum wage are significantly worse off as the prices go up. And, our tax brackets have not moved in years, so if you earn more, you pay more income tax.

People spend a lot of time at airports for various reasons; I was impressed with what Dubai has done to entertain children between connecting flights by opening up a new Children's gaming centre and area for family activities. What is your experience? Are airports doing enough to cater for travellers and their families?

Found Melbourne airport to be a problem. Flew (never again) JetStar to Hobart from Hervey Bay. The younger generation is not having morals, values. They have less manners, they have lesser empathy but they feel entitled for everything. If they don't get things according to their way they get frustrated easily. We need to urgently look into this.
Woodster
I agree there are some youngsters who are like that but I don't think you can generalise. I know many young people who do not behave in that way at all and I believe that is because of good parenting. If parents can't teach values and good manners to their children, or can't be bothered to, then it is no surprise their kids turn out in the way you describe.

How old is your oldest household appliance. I remember going to my grandmother's funeral in 1983 and we inherited her Whirlpool fridge. It is still going perfectly. Can anyone beat that. It's good to be aware of your surroundings it's not a problem it's a necessity, if the person is slumped over they may be exhibiting exhaustion or a medical problem or so many other things. If you feel safe I would think a quick conversation with the neighbors would help give you a piece of mind.

How did the initial energy come into existence? The expansion began only after the universe already existed in a highly condensed state. So, what was the origin of that first energy before the expansion started?
NotFriedLikeMost
You can NEVER have "something" come from "nothing".
It is why it is called the big bang THEORY for a reason...not proven or truhful AT ALL.
Why do the elites push this lie? Simple...if we can be made to THINK we are so insignificant and RANDOMLY came from NOTHING...then it is easier FOR THEM to justify how they MUST HAVE "been chosen" to rule over us. When, in reality, NOBODY is insignificant and NOBODY should be ruling over ANYONE else.
Yet, here we are...lied to about this, lied to about our earth, lied to about EVERYTHING during 'satans little season', or, the age of deception from 1776 thru to 2026. The jig is up, folks!! The Millenium Reign already happened when Christ returned in 70 AD.
"Christ" returning for a THIRD TIME is ALLEGORY for TRUTH COMING BACK TO SOCIETY!!!!!! This is why these globalists are rushing to get us under their digital enslavement asap...because, as TRUTH comes back, their LIES GET EXPOSED. I have been at this since 1999...and yet most have been so asleep and unaware, but, thankfully, the truth is so strong and real that folk will NOT be able to deny it anymore. EVERYTHING WE KNOW HAS BEEN A LIE TO FIT THE GLOBAL ELITES NARRATIVE...so THEY can work to enslave US ALL.
Thse elites beLIEve to be "chosen ones"...but, remember, as per Revelation, these people SAY they are a certain group, BUT ARE NOT!!
It's BEEN proven they have deceived humanity for thousands of years, especially in this last 250 year period, aka satans little season. These deceivers are the evil behind EVERYTHING in our society today. Just remember...the BLACK CUBE of SATURN is what they worship. "Kabbalah" is what they practice. It's no COINCIDENCE they also created Islam...which has fools worshipping satan as well...as they worship at the KAABA of ALLAH. It's LITERALLY in the words, yet most CANNOT SEE. ANYTHING in this 3D realm that is "religious" IS against God. ALL OF IT...TO DECEIVE YOU!!!!!! You awake and aware yet? Get rid of them 'smart'phones and as MUCH tech as possible...a REGRESSION technologically is the answer...and STOP getting jabbed! They are LITERALLY changing your DNA and ANY AND ALL injectables post-Covid fraud ARE ALL THE SAME TECH DOING THIS. Homo borgensis is your new term if you get these transhumanist shots.
Stop complying to these LIARS and FRAUDS.

Well Angie, I will give this a shot. Hopefully, this helps someone. There are waves of ups and downs in life. Some people have more of them and others less. That is the unfairness of life. We all do not arrive on this earth plane on the same playing field. However a good attitude towards one another and our self is critical if we want to evolve as better human beings. Hopefully there is enough time to learn this. Find your loving purpose and intention and spread it to others as much as you can. How do you want to be remembered by others? Best wishes!

Are you envious of your sister's wealth and success? Why can't you be proud of her success? If this is something you want too, work toward it like I'm sure she did. I doubt if it was handed to her. I'm sorry you felt you had to ask this question. There are much more important things in life than wealth and success, Andrzej, trust me! ;-D

Have you ever done or said something you had regretted? Why did you do/say it? How did it lead to this? When will things change? Who caused this? What If I if they And so on and so forth of the endless questions that we ask ourselves to figure out all the reasons and circumstances that lead to the final outcome of the situation(s) we find ourselves in. We all know it's in the past, set in stone, things will not change. But you can use that regret and never repeat...

Swearing may occur occasionally in informal or high-pressure environments, but it is generally unprofessional. Swearing at workplace - do you find it acceptable?
blunder boy
swearing is part of our culture today, its all over the little box we watch so often, our kids are often exposed to bad language wherever you go, do I find it offensive, no, do I swear, rarely ,depends if you talk to a swearer you tend to swear because they do, but tv allows all kind of profanities, I think it starts there, the gov have relaxed all kinds of morals that was once controlled , and as a result morals and standards have dropped, its amazing that kids first words are not profanities

They say time heals everything. But it's been 8 years and the pain from betrayal still lingers. Family, friends, spouse. How does one cope with this? Any advice is appreciated ...
Vesta
It's all dependent on the person and science has shown that everytime you revisit a negative memory you actually reinforce its presence in your brain and make it stronger.
Humans are wired to look for negative patterns as it used to potentially save our life.
So there comes a point where you have to CHOOSE to move forward and force new better habits, memories and pathways in the brain. Yes this takes time but consider the alternative. You get older and the realization that you will die one day starts to hit. You look back at your life and what did you do with it...sulk, sit depressed over the past. That truly is a life wasted.
It always takes two to tango so when you say that you have been betrayed by your friends, family AND spouse then I'm sorry but you definitely contributed in some way. False memory is often instant especially for those who suffer trauma so no doubt the past you're remembering is not entirely accurate and more forcefully negative from your own presumptions. No person is ever so innocent that the world completely dominates them through no fault of their own.
Like attracts like so start by focusing on your OWN actions and be the change you want to see in the world. If someone has betrayed you it's because you let them. Learn to be your own champion and put yourself first but be kind to others along the way without compromising your truest values.
There are few true victims in society but by choosing to be one especially after so many years and not moving on you are not only actively creating a life of misery for yourself but you feed it to those around you making their lives harder and repeating the cycle.
Most of you will deem this harsh but if kind words were going to help then they would have worked by now...8 years already! You have so much more life to live... don't feel guilty at what's already passed just savour what's left. Move forward and refuse to let any actual betrayals continue to ruin your life or they win. It's your choice so make it.

What does it mean? I hear lots of talk about open marriage. To my mind, you might as well not get married, or just get divorced. Would you really endure the pain, knowing your partner is having a relationship with someone else? What do you think?
blunder boy
39 years in a few days , marriage is a commitment , if you cant honour the commitment don't make the deal

Recently, a child was discussing different ideas for a family pet with his mother. The child rattled off, "bird, fish, cat and dog". All ideas were met with a resounding no. Finally, the child could be heard saying 'axolotl'. The mother's response was priceless. "That's not even a word!" In life, we may have heard or seen something that has made us pause, smile or relate to. What is your moment of "you can't be serious!" *Please be kind to each other with...
P F
Actually an Axolotl is an amphibian that looks like half a lizard and half a fish. 10 out of 10 points for him asking for that!. Kids are amazing, they soak up facts and information like a sponge. They must have seen it somewhere on TV or in a book. The response of "That not even a word" is 0 out of 10. Don't put the ideas of children down. They missed a wonderful opportunity for an interesting conversation. NEVER put children's ideas down. We are adults/so what? Nurture a child's growth and never stunt their imagination or ideas.

This invites reflection on friendships, family, or relationships, and allows people to share personal experiences or thoughts about loss, change, or distance in life.

There’s a miriad of answers for this question. I think, personally, that we often don’t appreciate what we have until it’s gone and relationships break down when you don’t take the time to nurture them. People don’t like feeling that they are being taken for granted and we can do this without realising the effect it has on those we genuinely care about until the time comes when they feel so undervalued that the relationship falls apart. I would love to be able to go back in time and spend more time with the people that I loved who are now gone out of my life but I can’t. I just try not to make the same mistake again and every time I talk to my adult children I tell them that I love them as this might be the last time I get to say it. I still care deeply for people whom I have had no contact with in years yet it is too late to repair the damage. Be kind every day! Thanks for reading.

The Government is talking about a cat curfew again. A lot of people are saying it won't work. Why not? Cats are responsible for killing a lot of wildlife. I have quite a few friends who have cats, and we had one when we were living on 5 acres. None of them go outside unless on a leash. Our cat had an area which it could run around and would have a lot of fun. But not kill any wildlife. I have seen some great cats runs and if I had a cat would build...
Bugalugs
Just how are they going to police this? Are Councils going to employ people to stay up all night - which is when cats are out and about, entereing people's properties without warning? If they do are they prepared, and take Full Responsibility if some of them get killed by Property Owners? It should be remembered that in some countries they have almost non-existent Gun Laws (the USA springs to mind), where mass killings are now the norm, people are allowed to have virtually any type of Military Weapons they fancy which they claim they need to protect their homes and families - its all nonsense but then that is what we expect from Trumpland! The death of these unannounced invaders of people's property will be inevitable, people will shoot first and ask questions later. In Australia where we are not supposed to have any firearms , but many do, if someone started poking around my property in the middle of the night I would turn a high-powered hose on them. The whole idea is based on sheer stupidity, is unworkable.

Fall is near in Canada, and the signs are already beginning to show. The air is getting cooler, the days are shorter, and the leaves are slowly starting to change into beautiful shades of red, orange, and yellow. It s a magical season filled with cozy sweaters, warm drinks, and scenic walks through colorful forests. As autumn arrives, Canadians get ready to enjoy harvest festivals, pumpkin patches, and the peaceful beauty of nature preparing for winter.

In recent weeks I have heard of a lot of people I know, either directly or indirectly, having lost a lot of weight with the help of these drugs. I am finding it hard to believe just how common they are. They do seem to work. I have refused them. I am only slightly overweight and sugars aren't too bad overall. Do you know anyone who has had success with them?
ShawneeBaby
I used Ozempic until it threatened my life. I lost almost 100 pounds in a few short months. I suffered through almost all of the listed side effects.
I started randomly passing out and I finally just quit using it. It's been a couple of months now since I stopped using it. My weight is coming back (I don't need to weigh 125 lbs. I should be about 140 or 145.) My breathing is stabalizing and I'm starting to eat regularly.
The drug certainly helped me lose weight. If you're going to use it be very very vigilant about any feelings of ill health.

"Overspending" or a "spending crisis" might be a contributing factor for some, the broader issue is a widespread increase in the cost of essential goods and services, making it difficult for individuals and families to afford basic necessities. What would you say? Are we having a cost-of-living crisis or spending crisis?
Jania S
SORRY, I sometimes wonder why so many seem to have problems. Do they have extra commitments or credit, debts or what that are not mentioned? MAYBE it is a combination of living on credit, no money to live beyond means. makes price rise hard to adjust to.
I am on a fixed income around double what pension is, I own my own home, no debts whatsoever. No credit cards for decades. YES I notice prices have gone up. BUT I mainly buy fresh fruit, veg and meat, fish. I never buy anything in packet. I find money doesn't go as far as before, but we are not struggling YET. Those day a mose likely ahead of us, with all the lunacy in government world wide

Attitudes will never change so long as entertainment writers keep doing the same old things. Why is it that if a man kisses a woman who is in a relationship it is considered that the woman cheated and the man has every right to dump her and be angry at her while when a man ACTUALLY cheats on a woman, it is not a big deal and is expected because, after all, this is what men do. It is also annoying that when a woman is portrayed as having a career, she is...

Does AGEISM exist in the 'real' world (not just in movies or tv shows)? Yes! Does RACISM exist in the 'real' world (not just in movies or tv shows)? Yes! Does SEXISM exist in the 'real' world (not just in movies or tv shows)? Yes! However, you gave outdated examples (not valid for the twenty-first century) when you were trying to make your point on sexism. FYI: Humans (all of us) are incapable of making changes - which is why history KEEPS repeating itself (ageism, racism, and sexism still exist in the twenty-first century)!

Social media has been accused of being a cause of what's wrong today, with all the self-centered, narcissistic videos, dating apps making relationships trivial and shallow, and one too many people yelling, crying, complaining, and giving "expert" advice from their cars. But is it the tech or the times? If all of today's social media were available in that decade that's often idealized, the 1950's, do you think there would be the same results? Would people have used them...

I was there in the 50s. We would have taken it up and we would have missed the best of all times. Rock and Roll was King and we lived with joy and hope for the future. Now look at the world.

I am a full-time mama to 2 busy boys, and we decided to homeschool. A lot of my concerns that most people raised have really become non-relevant when I look at the actual research and statistics. Let s discuss the pros and cons of homeschooling versus mainstream schooling, and maybe other alternatives?
writerrochelle
Homeschooling eliminates bullying and diseases, but it may also eliminate socialization skills and playing with other children. But, I know families that home-school, and the children are just fine! They have closer family relationships. ;-D

To us, McDonalds is a treat, but we were taken aback recently to see how prices have increased & the size of the buns, for all meals have shrunk considerably! Anyone else notice this? Is it happening in other fast food outlets?
