Kitty, I would just like to suggest to you trading on the ASX, if you are aren't already. I guess Kiwis are able to trade on the Australian Stock Exchange easily. I would just like to share my experience. About 10 years ago I came across a book in the library called Top Stocks by Martin Roth. He brings out a new upgraded version each year at around this time. It is basically the thoroughly researched lowdown on the top 100 companies in Australia. They all must pay twice yearly dividends to get into the book. It sets out the criteria for making it to the 100. It is just fantastic for learning the ropes about investing in shares. I get so much pleasure of watching the ups and downs on the stock market. We are all investing in shares through our superannuation but you cannot get your hands on it until retirement age. Having a bit invested in the stock market on your own gives you the option of taking a bit of cash easily if you ever need some quick money. One just cannot go wrong with the 100 ASX sha

Beef hamburg fried as patties into hamburgers. I wonder if Gardner deliberately created the name Hamilton Burger for the DA in Perry Mason? Now the ads on ME-TV have Perry being offered a hamburger in a diner and saying he was on diet. They also say that the DA is a hamburger. I did not use the DA played by Wm Talman on TV Perry Mason series in any of my fanfictions I write and share online. I did marry off Paul Drake the private detective o a descendant of Nancy Drew! OK it is the 22nd Century and these characters are on other worlds in my stories. I really got reamed when I wed Hogan's Heroes Wolfgang Hochstetter to Helga Schmidt. He was a Gestapo major and she was Klink's secretary who really helped out Hogan and his small group of saboteurs and travel agents!

Wake up Australia your teeth are rotting! Peak Health authority bodies want govt to start paying $ 500 million per yr targeted at those most in need to begin combating the ongoing problems of the average Aussie not being able to afford basic dentistry above a standard oral exam, xray and scale and clean ( costing between $230-350 avg).
Fewer than half the Aus population now see a dentist once per yr. Canadanians 75% and U.S.A 63%
Which puts us in dire straits as far as more hospitalisations in the future.... heart conditions ,dental issues too far gone , many issues including comfort eating your food ,jaw pain ,migraines ,mental health/ confidence issues etc ,etc would all be helped or avoided with regular dental care.
Now if they can just find a means to train them all to be nice and gentle and get some new methods of numbing other than the goddamn needles ,, and a new style of silent laser drill ? l would be happy!

Lockdown will not work if shops other than supermarkets can be physically accessed. Everything else should be non contact. It's not rocket science.
