They struggled in life to make good relationships with adults. and they can't share their feelings with others. They feel lonely in life.

I didn't have a close relationship with my parents or my siblings. I was close to my children up until they were adults then suddenly I'm ghosted. Not a nice feeling but I know karma will catch up to them when they have children.

Is Rewardia the only survey site where you can gain more points by playing the games rather than doing the surveys? I
Bugalugs
Come on! Rewardia! Reinstate some decent points for Games! or have you given so many to US members that you have none left for the rest of the world. Believe it, or not, the World DOES exist outside the borders of the USA. Preferential Points are given to US members, in the 1000s, whereas we are lucky if we get ONE or TWO for playing the same games. That is Blatant Discrimination.

Looking at today's weather forecast for here: - according to Weather.com, it won't rain here until 12:15pm. - according to Weather.co.nz there's no rain until 9:00pm. Definition is it basically an object that can't be identified. It could be a flying object that originated from our planet. If not it is space debris or meteorite. If you look into the time and distance that has to come from outside our Solar system, distance is roughly 4 light years plus away. Travelling using our technology it would take over 500 years to get there. Also, these are small objects observed, so if they had come from somewhere where is their so-called mother...

Maybe it's just me however, the considered opinion of others would be appreciated. Over the past few months I have noticed two things, one: surveys are getting markedly longer in duration and second: the points awarded for these longer surveys are getting less and less. My imagination, or noted facts ?
teresa b 607654
And you never know when you're going to be cheated and robbed of points on a red survey. Serve me right for thinking I'd get get full points upon 100% completing a survey. How is it that I don't qualify when I've fully completed a survey, given my political views, and spent all that time working on the survey. Why do these people waste our time? Can't they assess at the outset whether they want our response? Am I peeved? More than, and Rewardia never ever takes our side and let alone going out to bat for us. And all for a few piddling cents. Why do we bother?

Our Politicians and Scientists keep telling us how we must reduce our Emissions, our Carbon Footprint, stop polluting our Air, Land, the Seas, Rivers, Lakes if we are to address Climate Change. Climate change = votes. Win or lose, politicians will play the emissions game.
In Europe some countries shut down their coal plants and nuclear energy plants in favor of renewables and imported energy from Russia (all in the name of reducing emissions). Now, after Russia invaded Ukraine, Europe has stopped importing energy from Russia.
Guess what, they don't have enough energy to provide power from their renewables, so they are starting up the coal plants and nuclear energy plants again.
As soon as people get hungry or cold, they lose their concerns about climate change.

I kid you not, I have never spoken to a real person at Facebook. It's all bots and generic messages and emails. It's disgusting, with all the money they make, they should provide customer service. It's the least they can do.
Carmel C 103964
Absolutely love Facebook...and despise a few things that the admins are really crap at. FB has opened up my world and let me communicate really easily with all my family and friends who are scattered around the world. IT has linked me to many groups which I use daily. It saves me time and allows access to so much that benefits ALL my hobbies.
Yes I hate some things about Facebook BUT there are far more good things about it than bad though.
Lately I've been reporting fake business accounts who are trying to scam people...and only getting automated replies that fail to fix the issue. Replies that tell me the fake accounts aren't breaking any of their rules! What the!!!!!!
So I have had to take it upon myself to start posting warnings in the Newsfeeds. It is greater than disappointing that Facebook is choosing to treat the real businesses and their Followers like that.
Will Facebook survive without better customer service? Yes, it will....but not in a manner that the Facebook admins want it to

You need to differentiate between being famous because you have achieved something noteworthy (invention/discovery/etc) or just "famous" with some sort of celebrity because you have so many followers on Twitter etc.

Sick to death of trying only to get nowhere 99 times out of 100 for stingy compensation! Enough is enough, we do the surveys for the points and because we want to

They ask you to be honest...however...
if they ask you are you considering buying a new car soon...the answer is always yes.....

This year marks 50 years since the hijacking that changed air travel. The FBI have removed the casefile from the active to the inactive. It is a felony, so there is no statute of limitations. But there remains so many unanswered questions to this day. Is he still alive? Does the government know the truth (they cover up so many events, why not this one)? And....where is he if he is still among us?

Not fifty years (ago) - will be fifty years (ago) on 11/24/2021. It did lead to enhanced security for boarding an airplane in the US - you can not carry a gun onboard (on any US airlines) - unless you are a Sky Marshal (US Marshals Service - at the federal Level). I hope when he (white male terrorist) parachuted off the airplane - he broke his legs, starved to death (he never got caught), and NEVER got the opportunity to spend any of the money he attain (illegally). Since he knowingly terrorized a plane load of innocent passengers for monetary gain. Furthermore, when he parachuted off the airpane - he put the airplane crew and passengers lives at risk (airplane carrying passengers - are not set up for a passenger to parachuted from the airplane)!

thats not a smoothie, thats a milkshake. Just sayin.
I'll take 3 bananas, a ciup of frozen mango...fill to the top of the fruit with water and add a couple dates. NOW you got an actual smoothie...thats ACTUALLY healthy.

Nice on a long hot summer's day. If any one doesn't like ginger this one may suit. I.5 cups of milk, 1 egg, cap full of vanilla, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and nutmeg, 1 TBS os sugar blend in a blender until well mixed. We call this an egg flip. Enjoy and Thanks for sharing.

Hey there, I'm unsure if this post is General or Technical for discussion. If the problem lies solely with me, then it's a General Discussion, I guess! Has anyone been having trouble loading Mahjong Solitaire? For me, the search wheel keeps spinning but the game never loads. I'm wondering if the game is still available. Is there any chance someone else has had the same issue accessing the game?

Working fine for me on Mac OS X 10.13 (High Sierra). Just very slow to actually play, as with most of the games on here.

It was lovely to see the West Indies beat us in a test. The young Joseph was brilliant and they were just so thrilled. It will bring a lot more interest back to the game as just having India, Australia and England as competitors was getting a bit ho hum and seeing how some of the people in these teams carry on was off putting. However, to see the joy and happiness in the West Indies team from the players to the staff was just uplifting. I hope they continue...

The West Indies enthusiam was quite uplifting. They played and their hearts were fully in the game. Good on them!

Why is it now that we are inundated with images on TV that is so distressing. This is not good for young children to be seeing constantly and must play on their minds. What are your thoughts?

I've never heard of any young children who are interested in watching the TV news (I certainly never did when I was little), so it is probably an irrelevant question.

From time to time I like to get a pedicure and a manicure at one of the various nail salons, I am happy with how my nails and toes look but I don't like how the beauty therapist cannot speak English or at least say hello. Does anyone else find that annoying when the staff talk in there language or just plainly ignore you?
Glenice L 1244113
You say "annoying", but I say "suspicious": I've had to accept my inner-instincts when I go near one of those salons/spas....my gut knows their smiles are fake, most can't /won't communicate properly- which screams that they're merely fronting for something else (just money or ?whatever else?). So for about 15 yrs, I've shied away from every invitation (by my kids trying to gift me with such a visit) to have them touch me or my hair. I bought about a full set of stuff and do my own at home....in my own time too!!
Sometimes, I think it's even better to have about 2-8 girlfriends and get each other's nails and hair done(house-party) - at least we would communicate, smile and get along just fine, while saving a ton o' $$$$!

Some are are professionals with a new theory. Why can't they "live and let live" . Get on with their own lives the way they want and let others do the same.

What is your opinion Flemington Racecourse building the flood wall back in 2007 to stop the flooding going into the racecourse knowing the Melbourne Cup Carnival is just around the corner.
Edward S 497347
What about the GREAT WALL OF ECHUCA ?
The levee built along one side of the river is going to redirect their share of the flood water to the hundreds of homes on the other side meaning their homes could possibly completely go underwater as we saw in parts of QLD and NSW earlier this year.
Thier council has had more than enough time to build a levee on BOTH sides of that river but chose NOT to protect the hundreds of homes on that other side.
This is therefore NEGLECT and ignorance by that council, therefore the residents of those hundreds of homes that are not being protected should be able to take "Class Action" against that council for costs of damages to their homes and personal property ( but of course, if they did that and won the court case the council will massively increase rates to cover the cost of the compensation payout

Lynn
First off thanks Geoffrey for this as I will explain a little later. I must say once I mention my age do not get some surveys. However, I feel that this is because companies want certain people with children etc. I am annoyed when I keep getting ones asking have you been on a diet program which comes up frequently and when the answer is no I do not count. I wonder if any have answered yes and they go on to be able to complete. However all in all I consider myself lucky and most days will get over 1000 points but sometimes even $2000. Very good and also there is the fact that if you are bored and really just not feeling like doing anything there are the games. lol

Procrastination is such an unhelpful state to be in and I hate it when I procrastinate but I am human and it happens. It happens before gym workouts, it happens before massive career decisions. It happens before cleaning the house. But I always feel better after any task is done and often wonder why I procrastinated in the first place. Surely others feel like this too?
lippy loo
No I am the type that if it needs doing, do it. I do believe one has to think on big issues that might affect you, others, finance, job etc. before making such a major change or decision but to dither for ages is not a good state to be in for yourself or others it might affect. I usually go with my gut feeling and it has not steered me wrong yet and I am in my 70's.

I have felt 100+ for the last six weeks. Lied on the couch day and night for two weeks straight with gout in 10 toes. Side effect from anaesthetia I was told by ED doctors. Just starting to feel like my spritely 72 years again. I was thrilled when a shop assistant at Chemist Warehouse quizzed about the tart cherry juice i had just purchased. She stated, it is really good isn't it, to which i replied, it sure is for gout prevention but I couldn't get my hands on it quick enough this time. She then replied, I thought you took it for your complexion. I then asked her to guess my age. Lo' and behold she said 44. I instantly felt like my spritely 72 years again after moping around for six weeks.

Hi Annette , first of congratulations on bubs ! And I gather it's your partner then who will have the optimal care of your little one while you are at work ?. If so, you should soon feel comfortable knowing he/ she is well taken care of in-between naps and you may get some cute little updates in your work breaks from your partner on daily progress .
l found going back to work just for 2 half days was a great social break and gets you back to feeling a bit more like a regular person,(, sleep deprived and a bit cluckier or madder over some things) but if you find it's too much don't be afraid to cut down hours until you feel ready . I think though, if you like your job and the people there are supportive you will just ease back into a nice routine . Best of luck ;)

Can someone please tell me what the different colors on the surveys actually mean? is it a topic or category or something? I can find no information as to what the actual difference is! Thanks :)
Thomas (Rewardia Support)
Hi Bucketheart.
The different colours indicate different survey providers (also known as survey channels). For example, if you click on a green-coloured survey, it will usually open a Samplicio.us survey in a new browser tab.
However, sometimes the same survey might appear under two different colours. This happens because companies that commission market research often work with multiple survey providers at the same time.
Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.
