Lockdown will not work if shops other than supermarkets can be physically accessed. Everything else should be non contact. It's not rocket science. If the virus has no access to new hosts it has nowhere to go. The sick get better become non contagious and it disappears from your community. And lockdown ends.

I have seen people sitting next to each other speaking via their phone text messages. Utterly ridiculous. Still see them texting whilst driving. Can't put the things down for 5 seconds. I agree, these emoji's confuse me also. Maybe English should be taught in schools again like it was 50 years ago.

When I overuse social media I really feel a lull in my mood. Sometimes it can lead to a major depression. Other times I just feel really anxious. I have given up social media many times throughout the years and always feel my life force come back. Perhaps it's time to deactivate or delete again?

I'm not on Facebook or Instagram. I don't know the names of the other ones. Rewardia is the closest thing to social media that I'm involved in. I don't feel the need for the approval of people who feel they have the right to abuse me because I don't know them. The whole idea seems ridiculous to me, but I know that children can be harmed by things that they see on social media.

G'day, I always try to be as honest as possible with surveys, but have you noticed that if your answers don't align with their values, you get chucked out.

The worse when you click on a survey for 5 mins, then says its 20 mins instead, last night I clicked on a 5 mins survey, finished answering them and instead of getting rewarded it took me to another survey of 15 mins, I logged off, I try to stick to short surveys instead of wasting my time, if I knew I would get rewarded faithfully I will do 30 mins if I had too, sometimes you get better rewarded for playing games.

The mini ones were the most popular , people would want them still warm out of the oven ! I have to have my baked cheesecakes cold ! I used to make up a Berry mix using frozen blackberries, raspberries and strawbs and blueberries.. put a good spoonful of sugar over them and zap it for a minute or 2 in the microwave. So they still hold the shape but are nice and glossy. Then when the cheesecake is just about ready , l put some of this in the middle and return to the oven for a few minutes more.Even fancier I would sometimes add some rosewater or rose syrup to the berries in summertime. An easy way to pimp up your 2 minute noodles ! I know you don't 'earn' a lot from playing the games but what games do you find, give the most points? I also find there is no consistency with the points awarded, one day you can get 10 point, then get the same score the next day (same game) and only get 4.

It's all very well living close to one another but what do you do when next door's kids run riot. I have a small garden and have planted a tree at the end of the garden. It's only 4 years old and has doubled in height and this years has masses of oranges. A few branches over-hang next doors garden...its in a corner away from the house and sitting areas. I haven't been with Rewardia for very long. When you go to Survey Center and there is surveys with stars for rating but what does it mean the ones after the stars. There's a lot of other surveys that has no stars at all, what does that mean?

Points on this site for surveys can be exceedingly generous - I have seen surveys worth 1000 points which is great, however what is annoying there are some surveys that will give you a small portion like 5 points for trying the maximum for red surveys is 50 points if you don't meet the requirements. If people don't meet the requirements for that survey they should be at least compensated for a minimum of 10 points or 20 for taking the time. Members of the community...

Does anyone else do surveys for time?. I went into a survey this morning as it was only 8 mins. I finished it after 55 minutes. BIG DIFFERENCE in time. I mainly do surveys that are 10 mins or shorter and occasionally 15mins. Any one else have this problem?

In the 80s I used to go to Bingo with my grandpa, the numbers were called out slow and the game was nice and relaxed. In 2019, I went as a joke with a friend after a bottle of wine. And we couldn t believe how fast bingo had gotten. It was like an Olympic Sport. It seems life sped up and so did the bingo halls.

Both. Parents need to guide kids but kids should also be responsible. Sometimes it's neither. Here's a couple of points to consider:
*Age is a factor as well though because children under a certain age lack a lot of insight. They could easily (depending on personality type) be influenced by some naughty kids or sinister people depending on who they're exposed to.
*Sometimes parents do everything in their power to shield kids from the harmful things in the world but their kids still end up in difficult situations for whatever reason.
*Genetics also plays a part. Do we blame the parents or the parents parents? I don't think it's fair to blame people for genetics because they can't help the way they're born.
At the end of the day it boils down to education and making smart decisions, good values, self esteem and inner strength: sometimes smart people make dumb decisions for whatever reason, maybe insecurity? Maybe carelessness or complacency? Sometimes people who mostly do right end up in bad situations. Sometimes disciplined people with high self esteem end up on drugs as well. If people make smart decisions, fully understand the impact of substances on their bodies, are secure in themselves, have good values and have inner strength then all these factors will help people make good decisions. Furthermore teaching all of that to a child is easier said than done, every kid is different and there is no manual for raising kids so to a degree it's up to us to teach ourselves (parents or guardians) so we can teach better because we (kids and parents) can't always rely on people to give us the best advice (boils down to smart decisions and sometimes luck).

I hope we can all survive long enough to worry about these things...just at the moment...ignoring the fact that HUGE chunks of rock narrowly miss the Earth on a weekly basis (and we usually find them when they going away again)...the moon has taken on a serious wobble which will be having scary effects on our oceans and tides...and air circulation...up until at least 2050...there are of course droughts fires and floods all breaking new records...there is at least one new scary variant of Covid that no-one is talking about yet...and probably plenty more still to come....Phew!!!

I have watched some sports that have been televised via webcams such the motorsport where they "drove" the cars on computers.....and some broke a few rules. Some were penalised the same as if it had been real life racing.

I couldn't wait to get my first set of satin sheets. I considered them to be luxurious and sensual. Boy, was I disappointed! You literally slide across the bed. There is no grip. Perhaps this is the allure? There are better ways to do sexy.

l think they are a waste if money. They are cold in the winter and hot in the summer, they don't breath so there is not circulation. The blankets slide off the bed and so due you, how can that be sexy but the look sexy.

I kid you not, I have never spoken to a real person at Facebook. It's all bots and generic messages and emails. It's disgusting, with all the money they make, they should provide customer service. It's the least they can do.

Absolutely love Facebook...and despise a few things that the admins are really crap at. FB has opened up my world and let me communicate really easily with all my family and friends who are scattered around the world. IT has linked me to many groups which I use daily. It saves me time and allows access to so much that benefits ALL my hobbies.
Yes I hate some things about Facebook BUT there are far more good things about it than bad though.
Lately I've been reporting fake business accounts who are trying to scam people...and only getting automated replies that fail to fix the issue. Replies that tell me the fake accounts aren't breaking any of their rules! What the!!!!!!
So I have had to take it upon myself to start posting warnings in the Newsfeeds. It is greater than disappointing that Facebook is choosing to treat the real businesses and their Followers like that.
Will Facebook survive without better customer service? Yes, it will....but not in a manner that the Facebook admins want it to
