Ahh Jann , l can't tell you how many gazillions of these I pumped out over my years of cooking, l'm having flashbacks!! The mini ones were the most popular , people would want them still warm out of the oven ! I have to have my baked cheesecakes cold ! I used to make up a Berry mix using frozen blackberries, raspberries and strawbs and blueberries.. put a good spoonful of sugar over them and zap it for a minute or 2 in the microwave. So they still hold the shape but are nice and glossy. Then when the cheesecake is just about ready , l put some of this in the middle and return to the oven for a few minutes more.Even fancier I would sometimes add some rosewater or rose syrup to the berries in summertime. I will substitute plant-based-meat for skinless chicken breasts (vegetarian). I will also substitute a splash of coconut milk for a splash of milk (lactose intolerant). I love (enjoy) eating pasta. Anyway, I appreciate the time you took to submit your recipe.

Most of my cars have cost around $2,000 to $3,000...all the spare parts are really cheap...because they aren't new.....SAAB 9000?..."new engine?"...$2000....and when you sell them they are still worth $2000....don't go to a car dealer...use a website like Carsales.com...I have bought some beautiful vehicles there for far less...from private sellers...with REALLY low mileage....probably 6?...no problems at all.... hope that helps Dianne

No such thing as CD's when I was a child. My father worked for Lee Gordon, if anyone else is old enough to remember him. Lee Gordon was a promoter who brought artists out to Australia and would hand out photo's and 78RPMH records which my father would bring home for me. So I got to hear Jimmy Rogers, The Kaylen Twins and The Everley Brothers to name a few. When I was older I was much in demand as a babysitter and one couple I babysat for had a large collection of records and I got to hear Johnny Matthis, The Platters and other artists from the '50's but by the time I wanted to buy records such as The Beatles, Searchers and Bilyl Thorpe and The Aztecs there were 45's and 331/3 or LP's. I think the first CD I bought was Michael Jackson. I did start replacing my LP's with CD's but when it came time to toss Tommy by The Who and the Beatles white album I couldn't do it and decided to keep them all. Every now and then I'll give one or 2 a spin, some date back to the sixties and I still love them but I also have many of them in CD form as well.

Both. Parents need to guide kids but kids should also be responsible. Sometimes it's neither. Here's a couple of points to consider: *Age is a factor as well though because children under a certain age lack a lot of insight. They could easily (depending on personality type) be influenced by some naughty kids or sinister people depending on who they're exposed to. *Sometimes parents do everything in their power to shield kids from the harmful things in the world but their kids still end up in difficult situations for whatever reason. *Genetics also plays a part. Do we blame the parents or the parents parents? I don't think it's fair to blame people for genetics because they can't help the way they're born. At the end of the day it boils down to education and making smart decisions, good values, self esteem and inner strength: sometimes smart people make dumb decisions for whatever reason, maybe insecurity? Maybe carelessness or complacency? Sometimes people who mostly do right end up in bad situations. Sometimes disciplined people with high self esteem end up on drugs as well. If people make smart decisions, fully understand the impact of substances on their bodies, are secure in themselves, have good values and have inner strength then all these factors will help people make good decisions. Furthermore teaching all of that to a child is easier said than done, every kid is different and there is no manual for raising kids so to a degree it's up to us to teach ourselves (parents or guardians) so we can teach better because we (kids and parents) can't always rely on people to give us the best advice (boils down to smart decisions and sometimes luck).

Went through all that in the Canterbury quakes, A little camping cooker type thing helped us boil water etc .just a 2 element type thing with little gas bottle. Barbeque of course and always canned food ,powdered milk and always have boiled water in containers in your kit. oh very important cash, as usually eft pos and power goes of course as it did in Christchurch for at least a week, cant quite remember as I try to block it out :(

I don't think this is related to surveys, Edward - EVERYONE I know gets these same messages, mostly as texts, occasionally e-mails - but most of those people don't do surveys. Also I would NEVER give my phone no in a survey - if asked, I enter a false one.

Absolutely love Facebook...and despise a few things that the admins are really crap at. FB has opened up my world and let me communicate really easily with all my family and friends who are scattered around the world. IT has linked me to many groups which I use daily. It saves me time and allows access to so much that benefits ALL my hobbies. Yes I hate some things about Facebook BUT there are far more good things about it than bad though. Lately I've been reporting fake business accounts who are trying to scam people...and only getting automated replies that fail to fix the issue. Replies that tell me the fake accounts aren't breaking any of their rules! What the!!!!!! So I have had to take it upon myself to start posting warnings in the Newsfeeds. It is greater than disappointing that Facebook is choosing to treat the real businesses and their Followers like that. Will Facebook survive without better customer service? The worse when you click on a survey for 5 mins, then says its 20 mins instead, last night I clicked on a 5 mins survey, finished answering them and instead of getting rewarded it took me to another survey of 15 mins, I logged off, I try to stick to short surveys instead of wasting my time, if I knew I would get rewarded faithfully I will do 30 mins if I had too, sometimes you get better rewarded for playing games.

Did you also know tht most stores will move the fresh new stock from the front to the back of the shelves? I learned that trick as a lad from my Mama and to this day, I never take from the front and if there is only one or two of the item left, I will read the use by dates. If the use by date only just expired it is still good for a month or more depending on the type of item. I get rent rebate refunds in PA and already since that amt is almost $800 USD, my landlord is hinting at jumping my rent up from $700 a month to $950 a month! Why? Because although 3 years agao I only got refunds of $500 USD now I get close to $800 USD. The laws of supply and demand. Read a marketing textbook!

Not a roast chicken like I cook. Sounds more like fried chicken to me. Mine is whole. Oil, salt and pepper and butter under the skin. Cook medium for about an hour and then add roast vegetables - potato, pumpkin, capsicum, sweet potato, carrots etc. Cook for 1/2 hour and take chicken out to rest and turn up the temperature of the oven to crisp slightly and brown vegetables.Serve with gravy.

Use salt in your pasta water, that along with the sodium from the sausage should be more than enough sodium for the taste buds, and the salt content of the bbq sauce will add more.:) Very tasty though! Thank you for the inspiration Y!

Climate change = votes. Win or lose, politicians will play the emissions game. In Europe some countries shut down their coal plants and nuclear energy plants in favor of renewables and imported energy from Russia (all in the name of reducing emissions). Now, after Russia invaded Ukraine, Europe has stopped importing energy from Russia. Guess what, they don't have enough energy to provide power from their renewables, so they are starting up the coal plants and nuclear energy plants again. As soon as people get hungry or cold, they lose their concerns about climate change.

Time to move I think......as an aside...I used to live in Paris on the fourth floor of a tall building...ratbags would park their cars up on the (tiny) pavement in front of my front door (the road was small)...so I had to wriggle around the vehicle to get out...THEN I started to drop full wet coffee filters from my "dripolater" coffee machine..from my window, onto any car's roof who parked there...you would hear the odd swearing down below when they got back to their cars....but it only took a week or so...and then NOBODY ever parked there again....not sure that helps...but it was effective..

I sometimes balk when questions are asked about my business,how many staff,how much do you make,what is your net income etc but I refuse to answer about personal income and how much I have invested,dollar amount, and how much is in all my investment accounts.
