A diembodied voice spoke to me in a cemetary on New Orleans.

I suspect if you are determined, either you will convince yourself that nothing happened...and in other cases that you do not notice it... or that what ever is happening does not involve you..or possibly that it ignores you too....I have had bouts of fairly massive disruption..but only occasionally ...and my wife and sons have also experienced things that make no sense at all

This isn't paranormal, but our dogs ran away 2 days prior to an earthquake in 1970. When we checked our neighbors after the event, their dogs and cats had all 'disappeared' as well. All animals subsequentially came home a few days after it was over. The sky and the air became very still and quiet prior to the quake and later we realized that all the birds had stopped making noise as well. It seemed in hindsight that all of nature (except us) knew that something was about to happen.

I have never had a Paranormal experience but I do sense things. I will go to the letter box and know that a certain letter that was not expected is in it. I also know who people are despite never having met them or even seen them before. I used to know who was on the phone when it rang, now it tells me so I don't know if I can still tell who it is. My daughter and I would go shopping in different places but when we got home we would find we had been in the same stores but in different suburbs, and bought the same things. There are other weird things like knowing what people are going to say on TV or know the plot way ahead of time. I don't think it's supernatural or anything like that, I just put it down to being super attentive and noticing things other people don't.

Yes, In the Adelaide gaol. I was on a tour in the Adelaide gaol, I was with about 4 or 5 others, and we had a lock down in a cell, the lady yelled out “lights out” so we had to turn the torches off. I was sitting on a bench at the time, I closed my eyes and I felt pins and needles in my face, my face felt cold, it felt like someone was in front of me and they where face to face with me, I literally couldn’t open my eyes and felt dizzy. Someone flicked there torch on for a couple of second then back off I looked down and I could see a hand print on the bench to the right of me facing in my direction, the lady yelled out lights on and we all turned our torches back on, I then look down and within about 5 seconds the hand print started to vanish! Another lady from the tour tried to take a photo in the same section I was in, I was standing next to her trying to take a photo in the yard near D Ward, both mine and this other woman’s phones stopped working at the same time, we walked away from the area and the phones worked again. The group then went to this other place called Z ward insane asylum, which is locate in South australia. The group was walking around the top level then the group went down the stairs, I was still at the top of the stairs with a different lady and we where the last ones up their as I checked, anyway I took a photo of the stairs and we both heard a raspy laugh coming from behind us, and it was a man’s voice, I asked her if that was her and she said “no” I asked, did you hear that? She said yeah. We where both freaked out and walked quickly down stairs and back with the group, we then found out that the storage room up the top of the stairs we just walked down is haunted and there is a man that has been seen in there but there’s no one was there . A few moments later we heard running foot steps coming from upstairs and it stoped the tour guide and we finished up for the night. It was a cool but chilling experience. When I was a child, I heard clearly somebody walking in the house at night, everybody was sleeping, I was very frightened. Also, I felt the presence of a ghost- couldn’t see it but sure there was one. Never told to my parents.

When my late husband died, he visited me in the car at the time I found out later from the hospital was when he died.

Yes many members of my family have experienced things that just can't be explained. I have smelt my mothers and sister-in-laws perfume a few times and they have been gone for awhile and no one wears the same perfume. My grandchildren when they were younger have had conversations with their great grandparents who had passed long before they were born. We have shared many of these experiences with other family members and learned that they have experienced the same things.

Not personally but my dogs have. When my mother died, we were 40ks away in the car and our dog started howling and baying for no apparent reason. We had to stop and check him out and calm him down. He had never done that before or since.Subsequently we confirmed ,this happened at the precise time my mother passed.Years later I had to rush this same dog to the vets and left him in their care overnight. That night our other dog started bayiog and howling for no apparent reason. We find that our dog had died at the Vets, at the same time as his mate had startred howling.

Yes many times,this may sound strange,but my mother died a few weeks after my son was born. I was devastated. Crying in my room alone I said out loud. "I can't keep doing this,I have a baby I have to take care of,I just want to be at peace so I can do what I have to do". I got up,made a cuppa and sat outside. I was home alone crying with my cup 8n my hand and saw someone walk past me in the garden alongside me. I turned and looked but none was there. When I turned back around a butterfly was I front of me,it landed on my arm,flew over my head,landed on my other arm. Must of been a while,when it eventually flew away my tea was cold and I had stopped crying,so fascinated by the butterfly. I felt exhausted,had a nap next to buy and dreamt of my mother. She walked into the room and hugged me but together . It felt wonderful,even my baby sighed. I woke up to speak to her,thinking she was still here and she was gone,but I felt so much better,still sad but refreshed in a strange way. And happy that I got another hug from mum even if it was in my dream,it just felt so real.

Yes, as a young girl staying with her parents in an old accommodation house 'Moorakyne Lodge', decades ago. My parents had a room in the premises whilst my grandmother and I were relegated to the 'sleep out'. We were in separate single beds and I could feel something heavy crawling on top of the blanket that night. Was terrified, too frightened to cry out ....... and hardly slept at all due to the paralysing fear.

Yes when my Grandpa died, I was pregnant with my second child and I could smell a strong urine smell. Pa always smelled strongly of urine he was 92 when he passed. My Ma was a nurse and she used to rinse out the disposable underpants which they got for free but Ma would reuse them. It was that bad I went and changed my underwear but the smell was still there. Mum was calling me to tell me and when I picked up the phone there was no dial tone and I said Hello and it was my Mum. Mum and I did that quite a lot. I felt at peace and I knew my baby was fine and I would have no problems which was true. She is the one I gave birth to on the lounge room floor by my self with my cat meowing at me. Ma was confused towards the end and she thought I was my sister pregnant with twins even though I was holding my baby daughter. I just nodded and agreed. She died soon after and my brother did a wonderful job looking after her. He even took in her cat she called Skinny but he wasn't but once Ma died my brother didn't feed him as much junk and he did become skinny. Ma and Skinny are together in my brother's old back yard. Not some thing you dig up and take with you, is it? That was a long time ago.

yes I had a girl who took a guy from me, visit me for a week, telling me his name, ( as she had passed away a long time ago) and I did nothing, then his mother rang me to tell me he had had triple by pass surgery. So she was trying to put a warning out, but I wasn't listening.

something I would like to share is my husband one evening around the dinner table in general conversation about going into aged care home/retirement/dying and funeral wishes Mind you there was nothing to suggest my husband was sick or anything this was said in a naturally funny way. The things my husband "said" at the time, make sure I die with a full stomach of good food, I want to die in my home, I am probably going to die on a Saturday my favorite day, I do not want to be put in aged care, also he always told me there is one song he liked and wanted to be played at his funeral was I had a dream by AABB. Guess what on the 30th of March 2019 all this exactly occurred Going to bed Friday night and realize on Saturday morning my husband 57 passed away. The love of my life has gone.

My grandmother came to me the day she passed in a dream and spoke to her.

Friends bought a small acreage property in Tasmania, about 5 acres. Their daughter was 7. There was a creek running past the end of the property, with a bend in it and a huge gum tree in the middle of the bend. One day the girl was sitting under that gum tree reading a book. Her mother walked down to join her, she heard voices talking, but when she came around the bend, there was only her daughter sitting there. 'Who were you talking to?' she asked. 'The lady with the umbrella', her daughter answered, there was nobody there. 'What did she say?' 'She told me to be careful if the creek floods, I could drown'. The next day my friend told the story to her next-door neighbor. The lady got up, left the room and came back with an old family photo album. Inside was a picture dated 1887, of a young lady dressed in a long dress standing by the same bend of creek with the same gum tree, holding an umbrella. The caption said the ladies name and that the following year she had drowned trying to cross the flooded creek. My friend showed the photo to her 7-year-old daughter, and she said, 'that's the lady who talked to me down by the creek'.

Had a bedroom door in an old house I bought which you really had to twist the handle to get it to stay closed and to open. On night shortly after buy the house I was in bed reading, as I always do. The door was closed. The handle started to twist, I thought it was the other person living in the house, but when the door opened there was no-one there. I distinctly felt the "presence" of someone - yes, I know that is mad and irrational - it was not threatening in any way. I spoke to it and told it that "This is now my House and it is time for you to move on" - again, Yes, I know that was mad and irrational but "they" closed the door quietly, twisting the handle as I had to do. Weird but True.

Wow I sure did for 17 years. I wrote two books about it. "Matriarch To Madness" and "Open House Sales Xtravaganza". Smell is one of them. Every now and then I smelled lily of the valley in my hallway. At first as in my book i thought it was gardenia, but since i had a bush of lilly of the valley in my garden I think thats what it was. Shadows floating around when no activity outside. At first it began around 3:30 am. Towards the end they began as early as 7 or 8pm. They took over my home and forced me out.

Oil weeping from the walls of a deceased 17-year-old boy’s room Guildford, Sydney Australia. I just cannot fathom how this is occurring without divine intervention. It is appearing out of walls, on picture frames, and even inside framed pictures of the young boy, Mike Tannous, who was killed in an motor vehicle accident.. The substance is unidentifiable by scientists who have been scratching their heads over what exactly the stuff could possibly be. The parents, however, say the answer should be obvious, and that their son is contacting them from beyond the grave.

Yes it is an unusual thing I was talking with my dad on the phone and he mentioned to me where his will was and also told me how good a day he had had and how much he loved me and I knew that he would be gone soon. He died a few minutes after talking with me.

When l was working in multi-story buildings l had a bad premonition twice something bad was going to happen. l was a safety officer ;so one morning l went to work very early put my gear on and went down to the bottom basement ,to check it out l herd a loud bang and l looked into the bottom of the service shaft and found a dead body with half his head off and he had fallen from the 13 th floor. not sure it was paranormal. many years ago I had dream/nightmare that "grim reaper" [in the form of neighbour's adult daughter] had come to take me away I was lying on a chaise lounge [of which I haven't got, but neighbour had] I couldn't get away. My house has a ghost that walks about sometimes at night and will make noises on the wall, but it doesn't worry me. My late husband sat on my bed about a month after he died.

Florence, Italy. Coming home from a night out. climbing steps to the villa a bright light behind the bush came across our path. Stopped for a few seconds and appeared to walk away. We were told that a nun was murdered long ago at the Villa. Many had seen her or heard chains rattling.

On two separate occasions… once after the passing of my grandmother. I couldn’t see or hear her, but I still to this day remember how it felt. It’s a feeling i’d never experienced before, hard to explain but very beautiful and calming and i was so grateful for her spirit visiting me, and my young daughter (who also still remembers it) And the second time was after the passing of my dog, who I had rescued from death row, years before. Same thing… a very special, soothing sense of something so indescribable… a really magical moment!

I have often got a very cold feeling and even the shakes when I have entered some old buildings. In New Orleans I began to shake and felt afraid and had to leave a room in a mansion we were visiting before the official tour began. On the tour the guide asked, "Can anyone guess which room has a ghost?" I was the only person who got it right.

I have had several, i used to clean hotels at night, one hotel the exchange in Gawler, I had glasses fall off shelves, footsteps on the above floors, shadows on walls,must admit was spooked out of my head one night the alarm kept going of one night,police were called,we checked reset alarms left the building away they went this happened several times,they found no prob with alarm it did that just the once in my 2 years there

I have heard footsteps, smelt my loved ones who have passed away (during times when i was alone), had things occur that i couldn't explain or things happen at a time when i wished my loved ones were around to help- then something random happens that only they would have done had've they still been alive. I have seen rings/circles burnt into the ground that had no explanation. Sometimes i wonder of it is pure coincidence, other days i am sure it is my loved ones watching over me. Yes a few times - especially when I have been stressed about a family member - the answer comes in a male voice from somewhere behind my ear. The information has always been 100% correct. In saying that, I was given no warning about the loss of my child. But I wasn't stressed about him either so maybe that is why.

Yes, I had experienced paranormal phenomena when I was living in a house 11 years ago in which the owner of the house, I was living in at the time had pass away in the house. The owner of the house was a schoolteacher and he died in the kitchen in which the kitchen always stays cold than the other rooms in the home.

Many times, when I was stationed in Okinawa. Our barracks was built on a hill where an orphanage was during WWII. A huge battle was fought there many dead. My roommate and I kept feeling a presence in the room. We put a blank tape in a cassette player and hit record. When we played it back it sounded like many people in our room there was much confusion. Then we heard what sounded like something being unscrewed, the next morning the light above the sink was hanging from the wall. One night we felt something evil and we took turns sleeping a ball of what looked like fire came out of the wall and passed through me I woke up sweating and shaking. We went to see the priest who told us we imagined it. We did not. The WM that lived in the room next door told us she was a witch, who knows? After I got home one night when I was sleeping something was laying on top of me, I could barely breathe I started to prayer and rebuked the spirit in the name of Jesus and it left.
