Yummy breakfast

What do you usually have for breakfast?
There's a lot of people who doesn't even have breakfast, they just don't feel hungry when they wake up. But there's other who feel that is their sacred meal and have a really complete healthy breakfast. What type are you?

      • I don't do breakfast. The occasional time I do I am feeling very hungry by 9.30am So is just cuppa for me. Am happy to sometimes do cooked brunch tho :)

          • I am on a diet and I never miss breakfast. A cup of tea and a slice of toast with Vegemite. Or cereal with yoghurt in a small bowl.

            • Our guilty pleasure is a certain old school truckstop diner, halfway to our son's home some 100 miles distant, where we indulge in three eggs over, three sausage, home fries and brown toast with marmalade and bottomless coffee. Twice a year tops. I feel guilty just listing it all...

              • I would like a couple of hours extra sleep for breakfast but that's a rare thing so a bit of lemon juice in a cup of tea is about all I have time for, around 10.30 I have a peanut butter and salad sandwich,so I guess i am a brunch person

                • In simple terms breakfast is the first meal after fasting in sleep, it doesn't matter what the time is.

                                    • i est breakfast not always breakfast food for breakfast. Just depends on what i feel like eating when i get hungry. then i snack until dinner, but my snacks are healthy like fruit and vegetables sometimes some hummus or cheese. So i skip lunch instead.

                                                                                                  • Two fried eggs with stir-fried onions, stir-fried green peppers, stir-fried vegetables between two slices of cheese, and two slices of toasted wheat bread - with a smoothie make at HOME! I celebrate waking up at my age - breakfast is a BIG DEAL for me - lol!

                                                                                                          • Rarely have breakfast or lunch. If I do have breakfast it is either a piece of toast or a small bowl of porridge with fruit if I have any. I probably have one breakfast a month. The thought of eating eggs, sausages, bacon makes my stomach turn to be honest. I cannot drink orange juice as I have a reaction to it since I had my gall bladder out so it is off my list although I love it.

                                                                                                            • Breakfast is my fav meal. U need to refuel your body after a night's sleep. U should always eat something because olif u don't you will get hungry faster and tend to eat more than u would have if u had breakfast
