Why is it when you're serving a customer in any type of industry, that they seam that they are always right? I believe in many industries they choose to ignore what is actually correct, so they don't have to deal with rudeness, loudmouths, tempered customers. This is wrong, who ever invented that the customer is always right is actually wrong. Lots of customers use this situation for their advantages. Many customers are wrong in what they're saying, as it can be proven on surveillance tapes. These tapes are now everywhere within many businesses. Do you believe that this saying is so outdated?
