I created my own website during my days at Uni. Back in those days Geocities was popular and they offered free webhosting. I even registered a domain name with another company which directed you to the website when you typed in the name (which I chose) followed by dot com! Believe it or not the domain name service was offered by a Russian man. He mentioned his name by e-mail and I replied back that there was a boy in our school who had the same name. He replied back "You may think of me as that boy in your school". I thought this was quite funny at the time ;-)Edited 28-May-22 22:24pm

I have created personal websites but don't have them hosted anywhere...Make sure when you create it that users can get to where they want to be in the least amount of clicks

I created my own website using Xara web designer pro (it has heaps of templates) then I searched for cheap web hosting and domain name, the cheapest I found was Hostso, as my site is personal (not business) I did not venture into the referral link

Don't know about these things but I do know my son got one set up by his g/f's sister. He has to pay a hosting fee or something to get it up and running. Usability as far as I'm aware is built into the site when you set it up and can be modified if it fails to perform the way you want.

The easiest one I have ever been involved with involved not having one at all. For security which I work now I don't have any Antisocial Memberships web sites or anything else though I do help moderate one of the bigger Tech Web Sites which is a world wide setup.

Not something that I am into and would have no idea how it is done but have heard that it isn't really all that hard to do.

Sorry not a subject I am familiar with, of course I know of them but I never use them. Go Daddy is a company that does it and I am not sure about Vista Print. Just a few off the top of my head. I know Vista Print is good for signs and business cards etc etc. Good luck and enjoy.

You can look up free ones. I use to do for paid to read programs. I made my own. It was easy because they stepped you through it. But it was nothihng special. I am wishing you the best of luck.

I don't use any of these so posed the question to my "know it all" and he said that "easy to use" don't exist.

I think blogs & website hosting isn't easy as it seems to be is because it a lot of work to do. To me I want to open up a Blogs or hosting website but it a lot of work to go with it.
