Why is it that since the pandemic, drivers are speeding, going through red lights, hitting pedestrians and not stopping? It is just awful out there!! Where is their sense of responsibility? Are more and more people using alcohol and Marijuana and drugs? A lady with no license just hit 3 people...a mom and her twins as they crossed the street in the pedestrian walkway. One twin died and mom is critical, and driver took off! What is wrong with people that they have no sense of responsibility? What can be done to have drivers be more responsible?
