I don't think of it as a sport it's a long time since I played Bingo

Didn't know it was classified as a sport however I do not like it. However on saying this I have a young sister 59 yrs who is a Down's Syndrome and in a nursing home because of constant care. The seniors in there love this so much and it is an outing for them as they so often do not get many visitors. All very sad really and it does not take much to go in and seem them but that is another subject.

Never, it is not a sport. Then again, Poker and hot dog eating are considered sport when they are not. Golf is considered a sport when it is not. I believe if the activity does not require physical exertion, then it is not a sport, it is just a game.

I have never played bingo - so I don't have an opinion on when playing bingo became a sport !

Worked with people who played big money bingo. The parlor had free movies for children while their parents played bingo. The recession caused it to close.
