Has anyone heard of the 'Bulla Rescue' in Australia which involves horses?
I watched a documentary about rescuing Race horses that were left to starve to death by a trainer. There were many reports sent to the RSPCA, but it was not investigated. They found over 20 horses dead or dying from starvation. 23 horses were rescued, but 3 had to be put down. If you report something serious, shouldn't it be investigated. In the end the police were also involved.
