Ok, everyone has one or two little secret tricks they implement around the home to make life easier....
Did you know you can freeze milk? I recently discovered this gem, and now I never run out! Works best with a good quality one. Just put some into a smaller clean bottle in your freezer for up to 3 months, It may turn a yellowish colour in there but defrosted in the fridge overnight again, voila back to exactly the way it was ! Chillies also good to freeze and no they don't lose any of their heat. .
