It's a personal choice to book one in when buying a house (cost: $300-$1000 AUD) but are they worth it? I had a friend, needed to determine if he had termite & asbestos the P&B report said "no", sadly he later found out he had both. Other P&B inspectors overexaggerate petty issues just to cover themselves. Who's had similar stories?
