Is there a dessert that you are very fond of and if it's on the menu, you always order it? My husband always orders either Tiramisu or Lava pudding, while I go for something sweeter. My favourites had always been either Pavlova or Eton mess, and I was very happy eating or even making them, that is until I tried Mango and sticky rice. It's delicious, but not always available. Mangos are only in season over Summer and sticky rice also has a season, but I have no idea when that is. Only another couple of months and I'll be able once again to indulge in the tropical treat.
