When you're looking after someone else's child in your care & they do something wrong, you as a carer, do you have the right to discipline that child? I believe yes to some point, by not being harshly & by speaking to them & explaining to them what they did & how to make it better. Also, if hurting another child, you can give them time out for 5 10 mins to defuse the situation & speak to their parents. When it comes to being outdoor, I believe you have no right to speak to another child telling them to stop what they are doing, as it isn't your child, you can always speak to the parent if it is really annoying you. What will you do if you come across a really annoying child? |
