It's never too late to start, but you should focus on finding your purpose and life task that is relevant to a certain job. Perhaps you're really good with numbers and need to be an Accountant or Financial advisor. Or you have a lot of empathy and love helping people, and perhaps should become a Therapist. What would your advice? Is it OK to start life at 40?
