In some workplace such as Government office, it is often that supervisors/team leaders sit side by side with computer and monitor and observe work. This is a common procedure in many workplaces. However, if someone uncomfortable to work side by side with their supervisors, can they decline side by side monitoring ? There are other way they can evaluate their work, of course. I need suggestions from Rewardia members whether this is appropriate to let my team leader know that I am uncomfortable and they can monitor my work in a different way. K.Banerjee |
