Does anyone besides me get aggravated with calling a doctors office, a business, or anywhere, and you get a robot with suggestions of approximately 15 different topics you may be calling about. You listen to them all, none of them is the reason you are calling, so you have to continue listening for around another 5 minutes to nonsense that has nothing to do with what you need. Seems simpler if they would just answer the phone, you could tell them what you need, and save you both tons of time. If after all that wait time, you are lucky enough to be connected, the first thing you hear is they want a survey about how they done and so far they have done absolutely nothing but waste your time and their time.
Wishing for the good old days back when you made a call, they answered, you told them what you need, and it was done. It honestly saved so much time, but in today's world they act like our time does not matter at all. |
