Wherever we go whether is its a shop or in the workplace is it okay to be disrespectful and ignore people or be defensive - no it isn't but in cases we have to make allowances.

1 They may not be in the right frame of mind - lack of sleep

2 Having a fight with a partner or family members

3 Or not even good communication skills

How would you deal with a disrespectful individual

1 Talk to them find out what the problem is

2 Report to a manager via a written complaint

3 Be rude back to them
