So many cities have a food that's only really well known in their own town

What's your city known for ?
Or at least nowhere near as popular in other cities

Here in Perth it's the Continental "Conti" roll
Brought in with the Italian immigrants post war
A baguette with 3-4 types of deli meat normal or spicy 2 types of cheese, Salad and a variety of deli veg like marinated artichokes grilled capsicum eggplants
