loved watching the Brits waving their Union Flag.... Yes Flag, not Union Jack, it is only the Union Jack when it's flown from a jackstaff.

But, it's easy to get the Union Flag wrong way up, and many of the Brits waved it wrong way up.

A national flag flown upside down is a distress signal.. So was their waving their national flag upside down a prescient signal of distress....? Or just plain ignorance?
