  I've often wondered if MSG will be the next super food. We've been told it's unhealthy and to avoid it, but I think research now says it's good for us in moderation, so dream on!

  It is a naturally occuring thing....tastes beefy...you eat way too much it may be difficult to sleep..MAY....I was told that chemically its like the first two thirds of an idea....so it makes your brain spark...whats wrong with that?

	If you are reading this..you know how it is...Ah..a new heading!!...you come onto the Forum boards...looking for something new...or fresh...or informative..or funny...or stupid...and its still the same old stuff...well I've got a theory about that....its because nobody is writing any...we can discuss this here...that could be fun....or we can all write Forum Topics...
