Crispy Chicken Stir Fry with Peppers and Onions
Cut chicken into small pieces, marinate it with salt, pepper, turmeric, chili powder, and a little cornflour, then pan fry until golden and crispy. In another pan, heat oil and saute chopped garlic until fragrant, then add diced red onions and bell peppers. Toss in the fried chicken, mix well with soy sauce, a chili sauce, and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for a few minutes on high heat, letting everything coat nicely. Finish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
