Home Made Ginger Beer (Very Easy)

2 litres of water.
1 cup of grated ginger.
1 cup of sugar.
1/2 cup lemon juice.
1/ tsp yeast.
Peel ginger (use a spoon.)
Grate ginger, throw ginger, sugar and lemon juice into pot.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Cover and leave in fridge overnight to steep (fancy word meaning infuse flavours).
In morning, strain and stir in yeast.
Put into plastic bottles and store out of the way.
Every 6 hours, ease top off of bottles to compensate for carbonation process. (Be careful)
After 3 days, place in fridge and drink.
I have added a dash of grenadine to the drink in the photo.
Ignore the cherry and lemon in the photo. We operate a bar in Bali so have plenty of little decorations for cocktails.
I have also added a shot of vodka to the drink.
Cheers Ron.
