Creamy Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani)

Ingredients:
500g boneless chicken, cubed
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric, chili powder, salt
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, finely chopped
1 can (400g) tomato puree
1/2 cup cream
Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
Marinate chicken with yogurt, spices, and garlic-ginger paste (ideally 1 hour or overnight).
Sear chicken in butter until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onions till golden, add tomato puree and cook until thick.
Add cream and cooked chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Garnish with coriander. Serve with basmati rice or naan.
