Chicken and noodles in a chiili ginger broth

An easy way to pimp up your 2 minute noodles !
METHOD
2 chicken thigh fillets
*( pan sear and simmer in some water with the flavouring sachets from your noodles) for 10mins
*Then take
2 pkts of 2 min noodles ( lndo mie are a nice brand)
cook those off in some water also.
Add in to your chicken pot ....
A good dose of sweet soy ( This gives it colour and depth to the flavour)
Chili sc or oil to your taste
Fresh ginger slices
Chinese broccoli or bok choy .
Sliced carrots
~ Shred up your chicken ,then add this and the flavoured stock to the noodles pot with the ginger and veg etc
To serve, top with fried shallots .
.....and you're done! :)
