Comfort Chicken Soup | ||
Shredded Chicken (I used left over from a roast previous night) 2 Carrots diced 2 Garlic cloves crushed 1 Onion 1 or 2 large Potatoes chopped 1/2 tbsp Thyme, 4 cups Chicken broth Salt and black pepper 1/2 cup Milk Boil the potatoes, carrots and onion in the chicken broth. Until the potatoes are soft. Add in the garlic, Thyme, salt and pepper. Mix through. Add the chicken and milk. Let simmer for 15 minutes. If you want more liquid, add some water | ||
