| Chicken Alfredo | ||
2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper 4 tablespoons unsalted butter 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup grated cheese 2 cups cooked penne pasta Heat oil in a fry pan and heat up the shredded chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the grated cheese and continue to cook for about 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper. In a large bowl mix the pasta, chicken and sauce together. | ||
