Ayam ( Chicken) Kecap.

INGREDIENTS
This is a very simple dish which in my opinion is best cooked while enjoying a beer or wine.
*1 kg chicken chopped into 10 or 12 pieces.
*100ml oil for frying.
*3 chopped tomatoes.
*salt to own taste.
*5 tbsp of sweet soy.
*250 ml water.
*2 bay leaf.
SPICES (Bumbu)
*2 -3 small onion.
*half tsp white pepper.
*garlic to own taste

METHOD.
* fry chicken for 5-10 minutes.
* Fry all spices in pan for 2-3 minutes.
* Add chicken, tomato, bay leaf, salt, sweet soy and water.
* Simmer for 15- 20 minutes.
