Garlic Pork & Mash | ||
3 1/2 lbs Pork cut uu 2 Carrots, grated 1 tsp Coriander 6 Garlic cloves crushed Handful Parsley chopped 1 onion diced 1/4 cup Ketchup Black pepper, ground 1tsp Paprika 1tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Cumin 1/4 cup of milk Start by cooking the pork, onion and garlic all the way through in some oil. Add the carrot and cook another minute or 2. Mix in coriander, pepper, paprika, salt and cumin. Add the milk and Ketchup and let simmer. If you want extra sauce Add in a little bit of water. Serve on top of mash potatoes | ||
