Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
6 8 chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin/coriander powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
1. Wash chicken and make small cuts on the drumsticks.
2. Mix spices, salt, lemon, ginger-garlic paste, and oil.
3. Coat chicken well and marinate at least 30 minutes (longer = better).
4. Fry in medium-hot oil or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35 40 min, turning halfway.
5. Cook until golden, slightly charred, and fully done inside.
