Spicy Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
500g pasta of choice
500g chicken breast cut into cubes
1 onion diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup mixed frozen vegetables
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Boil pasta as per packet instructions
Fry chicken with olive oil in a pan until browned, add onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Add canned tomatoes, chicken stock, paprika, chilli and frozen vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes ensuring chicken is cooked through.
Add pasta to the sauce and mix well.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
