Tuna Mornay | ||
1425grm tin tuna in brine 1400grm tin creamed corn 1 tin carnation milk 1 large onion ( diced) 125grm grated cheese METHOD Put onion and 3/4 cup water in a saucepan and cook for 10 minutesor so then add milk tuna( drained) corn and grated cheese. Thicken with 2 heaped tablespoons plain flour mixed to a paste with a little milk or water. When mixture thickens transfer to baking dish and cover with bread crumbs tossed in melted butter or margarine and bake in oven till topping is golden and crispy | ||
