Fresh Tomato Pasta

Ingredients

100 grams of dry pasta
1 tomato, chopped
1 green onion, sliced
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Method

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, place all remaining ingredients except oil in a bowl. Drain pasta and toss with olive oil. Add to tomato mixture and toss to combine. The heat of the pasta will heat the mixture.
