Honey Lemon Garlic Chicken

Chicken breasts diced
Salt and pepper
Cornstarch
3 tbsp of butter
5 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp of rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp of honey
1 lemon juice
1/2 tsp of cajun
1/2 tsp of chili flakes

Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Coat the chicken with cornstarch and shake off excess
In a pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken skin and fry for 7 minutes or until golden brown.
In a pan, heat the butter over medium heat. Once it is melted, saute the garlic for 1 minute.
Add in soy sauce, vinegar, honey, lemon juice, Cajun, chili flakes.
Cook the sauce until it thickens.
Then, add the chicken back to the pan and mix. Serve on rice
