Lemon Meringue Pie Squares with No Baking

Ingredients:
1 packet digestive biscuits, crushed
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tin (385g) condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice (fresh is best)
1 tsp lemon zest
1 cup whipped cream
Mini store-bought meringues (or crushed meringue)
Instructions:
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into a lined square pan. Chill until firm.
Combine condensed milk, lemon juice, and zest in a bowl until thickened.
Gently fold in whipped cream.
Spread mixture over the biscuit base and top with meringues (whole or crushed).
Chill for 4 6 hours or until set.
Slice and serve cold with a zesty smile.
