Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
3 slices white bread (diced)
2/3 cup cold water
1kg beef means
1/2 cup Gouda cheese
1 large egg
3 garlic gloves
2 tablespoon Parsley (fresh or dried)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine diced bread in a large bowl with water.
Set aside for at least 5 minutes and mash with a fork
Into the bowl of mashed bread, add beef mince, cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, paprika.
Then use your hands to mixture together until well combined.
Portion into a lined baking sheet, roll meat balls with wet hands.
Bake meatballs for about 20 to 25 minutes.
After Baking
Heat a large pan over medium heat
Add cooking oil, once the oil is hot, add the meatballs.
Sautee turning every 2 mins or until browned & Set aside
How to prepare Sauce
In the same pan, add 1/2 cup chopped onions, 2 garlic cloves crushed ,cook until golden brown.
Add 1/2 cup BBQ sauce,1/2 tomato paste, 3 hot or sweet sauce and cook for 5 mins or until thickens.
Add meatballs to the sauce and mix until meatballs are coated.
Add water and continue cooking for a further 5 minutes.
