Absolutely delicious, not overly sweet and a perfect treat, not to mention the wonderful baking aroma in the house.

Ingredients
1 packet cheap supermarket buttercake cake mix
125g melted butter
300g carton sour cream
1 cup dessicated coconut
1 beaten egg
440g pie apple from can
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
Combine cake mix, butter and coconut and press into pre lined 20 x 30cm baking tin
Bake at 180C for around 10 or until golden brown.
Mix the sour cream, beaten egg and pie apple and pour over to cover the base. then sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake a further 20 minutes. you want it to be slightly browned and the sour cream to be set.

Let cool, cut into your desired slice size and serve.
