| Spicy Lamb Fry Plate | ||
Marinate lamb with turmeric, salt, pepper, and cumin. Boil until soft. In a pan, fry chopped garlic, ginger, and onion in oil until golden. Add the boiled lamb and cook on medium heat until dark, dry, and crispy. Toss with a little garam masala and fresh coriander. For Potato Heat oil, add mustard seeds. Add boiled potato cubes, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Fry until slightly crispy. Cucumber Slice cucumber and sprinkle chili powder, salt and beaten rice with fried snack. | ||
