Cheesy Bacon Corn Roll up
This is such a delicious recipe for brunch or lunch. It is easy to put together and such a versatile recipe too, perfect for your own creation.

Ingredients:

1 roll of puff pastry 350g
500g Bacon or ham (diced)
120g cream cheese
1 cup of grated tasty cheese (or cheese of your choice)
1 cup of corn
1 egg

Method:

1) Unwrap the puff pastry and I like to roll it out slightly.

2) Spread a layer of cream cheese at the bottom. I microwave the cream cheese for 20 seconds so it is easier to spread.

3) Sprinkle diced bacon and corn next.

4) Then sprinkle grated cheese on top.

5) Finally, carefully roll up the pastry. Brush egg on the pastry.

6) Transfer it to a baking dish, bake at 150 degrees for 10 -15 mins. Keep a close eye on it so it doesn't burn the pastry at the top.
