10 slices of bacon diced
6 sausages cut up (I used beef sausages)
2 onions diced
4 potatoes chopped
3 kumara chopped
2 carrots diced
Olive oil
Salt
Grated cheese
Place the potatoes, kumara and carrots into a baking dish and drizzle on olive oil, salt and paprika ontop. Give it a good mix (I use my hands) wooden spoon works too.
Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 45 minutes. Meanwhile cook the sausages, bacon and onion in some oil until cooked through. Once the potatoes etc are ready put them in a large bowl and add the meat. Mix together then serve with grated cheese or mix the cheese into the bowl.
