Orange and Lemon Chicken Thighs

3 tsp minced garlic
1Lemon
4 tablespoon orange juice
1 tbsp olive oil
salt
2 teaspoon paprika
pepper
1/2 teaspoon redpepper flakes
1teaspoon Oregano,
Chicken Thighs

Preheat oven to 200°C
Place Chicken in a baking dish, set aside.
In a bowl mix all the other ingredients together.
Pour evenly ontop of chicken thighs and bake for 2 hours.
Chicken will turn out nice and tender.
Serve with whatever you like.
(Mash potato, roast veges, pasta)
I served mine with some rice and mixed veges :)
