| Homemade Bolognese | ||
1 tbsp olive oil 1 onion, finely chopped, 1 carrot, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 250 g ground beef Salt and black pepper 1/2 cup Rice wine vinegar 1 cup milk 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 can crushed tomatoes 1tsp oregano 1/4 cup grated cheese, Warm the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and carrot, cook about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring now and then. add the garlic in the last minute. Place the vegetables to the side and add the ground beef, brown the meat well seasoning with salt and lots of black pepper. Pour in the vinegar and milk and simmer. Mix in the tomato paste and cook for a couple minutes, then add the crushed tomatoes, and the oregano. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve ontop of spaghetti and grated cheese added to the mince. | ||
