Cream of Mushroom Noodles and Beef | ||
Cream of Mushroom noodles with ground beef and noodles of your choice. Cook ground beef, lean ground beef until done, no longer pink, you can add chopped onion as I did and salt and black pepper to taste too. Add chopped/diced onion to mix while cooking this mixture. Cook until onions soften, then add 2 cans of cream of mushroom condensed soup to the pan, which is usually 284mL each with a half cup water. Cook further until soup and beef/onion mixture thickens a bit, on medium, 10 minutes, bit stir frequently. Bring to boil a pot of favorite noodles, then strain if desired, and mix with beef, onion mix. Enjoy. Add other toppings if desired, like, shredded cheese or such. | ||
