More & more these days with huge rises to everyone with bills & our every day cost of living, hardly anyone can survive any more. It has forced many families for both parents to work to meet our daily expenses. On top of this, many families also have extra expenses on Babies & Children with all of their needs. One income doesn't do it any more unless both parents are CEO of a company, which is rare. That leaves parents with children to seek a nanny/babysitter. Not an...

I'm 57. Both my parents worked. Neither had CEO wages. I went to pre school as soon as I was old enough. My grandparents didn't babysit because they lived too far away. I'm tired of people whining about lack of money. If you get your priorities right there's no reason why you can't live and save on two incomes. It's been done for decades. Society today spends too much on new cars, TV subscriptions, mobile phones. Inet plans, tatoos and false nails! To name a few! Learn the difference between wants and needs!

In our today's society, vertically everyone uses internet & platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. I hate these sites for the fact that most people outlay all their dirty laundry here. What ever happened to keep your private life private. Most people that do this, simply don't realise what a can of worms it opens. I believe that you allow many times that certain people can target you & even to the point of getting harm. These sites are I suppose ok if you're just...
Holly Cat
Well if someone airs their dirty laundry on one of these sites, it's their choice and the site didn't ask them to air their dirty laundry, so it's not the site invading their privacy if they chose to air their dirty laundry. The sites are there for us to use, but it's not required to post personal information/air our dirty laundry.

I don't have Fire Ants...but there are big signs along the motorway telling me to look out for them and be careful...there were no pictures...so I could not recognise them... and they did not explain why they were bad... Australia has a lot of really nasty ants...but I did find out that they were looking for them WITH HELICOPTERS....that is true!...how big are they?...why use a helicopter?...good to we are being taken care of by the authorities...eh?...what...

Should you wake someone from a nightmare? What do you think? Apparently it's best to leave the person alone & allow them to sleep through it. They are more likely to forget about the dream if they can continue to the end of it. Whereas, if awakened in the middle of a nightmare, it can make it difficult to forget the imagery or get back to sleep.
Teri 1282723
I take medication for PTSD and it doesn't work 100% of the time. At least 2 - 5 nights a month I wake up screaming. Last time was a mumble and 2 screams and I THANK MY SON each time he wakes me and rescues me from the horrors I'm in. My vote is WAKE THE PERSON UP!!

Have you ever applied for a job on Social Media? Just for the heck of it, I decided to give it a try just to see what would happen. I applied for three or four so-called jobs and went along with their questions. When they thought they had me hooked, they asked for my bank information. Of course, I did not give them that info. Be careful when applying for jobs, a lot of them are scams.
Shawn B 1061185
Isn't that the problem with social media? So much fake information I don't know why people keep using it.

Often when ordering take away, you are given bamboo cutlery. Such outlets are prohibited from giving you the disposable plastic cutlery. The issue with the new bamboo cutlery is that you get the taste of the bamboo when you put the cutlery in your mouth. It is revolting. What can the innocent shopper do? Really very little except choose something where fingers can do the work or bring from home your own cutlery. It is real issue for many office workers. What...

I haven't had any issues with the taste from bamboo cutlery. I think it is brilliant. Well done. Even if I did - I would be concentrating more on looking after our world.

Do you believe in saving a nest egg for your future life to when you retire from work? My answer is by all means, if you can afford it, in today's world. I find it so hard to keep up with everything that you hardly have any money left over to invest. Then, when you do invest, who do you trust? One person says this, another says that, it goes on forever. Seeing a financial advisor, OMG it does your head in. Nothing is so simply any more, too many technicalities to sort...

Do you have a bunch of unfinished tasks from hobbies or other things, because you've either lost interest, hit an obstacle, something more important has come up or do you procrastinate? If you lose interest in a task do you complete it for the sake of completing it or do you drop it and move on leaving the task unfinished? What do you do to stay motivated with completing tasks?

Home loan rates % will they come back down? I am hearing every month that they are rising, and people are becoming highly stressed and sadly starting to miss out on things, and in some case crucial things. My question is, does anyone know what is really going to happen in the near future? Will it get to the point that people can simply not afford to pay?
Linda B 907610
Interest rates are still very low in comparison to historical rates but house prices make the current rates unaffordable. People are borrowing beyond their means to get the house of their dreams first off instead of buying small and working towards the house they really want. My parents built our childhood home when they first married and added on and made improvements as the family grew and needs changed. Our house was originally a 3-bed, 1 bath, 1 living room with a fireplace and ended up a 5-bed, 2 bath, 2 living rooms with an extended dining room and central heating throughout to accommodate the family of 7 that we ended up as. To a certain extent, people's greed and immigration has pushed up house prices, which also has an effect on the amount of interest they have to pay, regardless of the rates.

My hair, at 62 years old, is starting to do grey. It's streaked grey in my dark brown. My hair is long. I need some opinions, suggestions. Should I dye it?
Elizabeth J 447888
After having dark hair since I was a baby I find that I am loving my greys. I really think grey can look quite stylish. I see grey hair everywhere these days. Are people going grey at a younger age or are young people dying their grey. I really feel it is the latter. Dark hair on a older person with a sallow complexion looks comical. A good bottle of purple shampoo and let it be is my recommendation Ruth.

What do people think about the wisdom of buying into a retirement village where the purchaser or their family doesn't receive back the price paid when they leave the village? You are buying lifestyle advantages like gym, heated pool, library, 24-hour support person, transport, restaurant/cafe, entertainment, companionship and new friendships etc, but the cost can be regarded as quite high given how much is taken by management when you leave the village. Usually when buying...

In NZ is winter and that means cold and flu time. How do you usually treat cold / flu? Do you buy pricey miraculous pills or hot drink from pharmacy? Do you have any tips from your grandparents or other family member? What work for you when you are sick?

Stay away from work so I don't spread it! Anyway I usually have the flu vaccination so it would be unusual for me to get the flu.

Do you have any ideas to make general house cleaning easier. I found that if you use a piece of baking paper around a sandwich for cooking in a sandwich toaster, there is not much to clean up. Any other useful advice.
Jenny L 591463
Handy tip Thanks for sharing Carolyn, we just clean ours with a damp sponge after it has cooled some but still warm. We at the moment are living in a construction site as hubby is renovating our little home so things are a bit more dustier than usual. We are pretty clean people to start with so a little bit of dust here and there doesn't phase us. Right now it is just too hard to keep the dust off every thing and I must admit I am messier than my hubby but I am still organised. Things will improve when things are starting to get finished like kitchen and en suite. Who knew there was so much to learn about water proofing and council requirements.

I am a foster care provider. About 14 years ago, my wife and I wanted to see how it works. We started by going to classes for about 8 weeks for training. Once training was over, they match you up with a certain amount of children that your home can accommodate. Then you start the process of caring for the children as if they were your own. If and when they are not able to get back to their original parents, then they will ask you if you want to adopt them. Well,...
Teri 1282723
I grew up on a dairy farm with both parents and 4 sisters. As far back as I can remember, we had foster children in our home. Often 2 at a time but mostly 1 and once 3. I remember wanting to adopt them all, some more than others because they came as wee babies and stayed up to a couple of years and you get really attached; at least as a kid it felt like 2 years. We did end up adopting 2 boys and we are all very close and loving as siblings should be. I wondered recently if my parents did it for the money but my Dad set me straight real quick; $7/month for each child. That didn't even cover food. It was out of the kindness of their loving Christian hearts that they were doing this. In my adult life I was able to foster 2 teenaged girls. I don't think there's a much better feeling in life than helping young people out of abusive families and into a Christian home that values them for the gifts they are. And teaching them they are lovable and deserve respect and admiration lead them on to work in a dental office and veterinarian office where their kindness and confidence are shared with a gentleness they never learned in their first families. I am so thankful to God for bringing those girls into my life and the ability to give them what they needed to succeed in life and break the abusive cycle. If any of you get the opportunity to foster and/or adopt a child/children, I say pray about it and if you're led in that direction, follow your heart and do it. You will all be rewarded. God bless...

I've recently noticed how rude some people are towards each other lately. Like what's happening? Used to be able to go to town every weekend and have an enjoyable shopping experience, except recently so many people seem so miserable and nasty towards everyone. What is happening How do you deal with that?
Bugalugs
First up, Put Away that damned phone and speak to the Person who is serving you. Make them feel they are appreciated. There is almost nothing more Rude, more degrading of a person's self-esteem if you are simply ignoring them and chattering nonsense on your phone at the top of your voice. In my experience Women are the worst offenders!
Give them a genuine Smile, Thank Them and wish them a Safe Day. All of this does work wonders and think a bit as to how you would like to be treated if the roles were reversed.

Do you recycle every thing? Do you put things in the correct bins? After eating my McDonalds I take the paper with me and place them in the recycle bin at home. At the Shopping Centers take away area there is so much waste. No one appear to be bothered about what they are doing with the paper or cans they throw away. We have an issue with recycling yet many people do not think or do not care about how they discard rubbish which can be recycled. What sort of...

It amazes me that the younger generation have the call out for helping the earth, etc. yet they use so much stuff. i.e. wipes, disposable nappies, coffee cups and pods, phones and other electronic equipment, yes and fast food packaging and they usually buy bags at the supermarket also. I have young people around the 30 age bracket in my units here and they do not recycle anything. I saw on the news tonight that the young mothers cannot afford nappies which cost somewhere between $20 and $30 a week apparently and take over 100 years to degrade. We had about 2 dozen cloth nappies that we soaked and washed them. No on going costs with those. We used flannels to wash them with and wipe their faces and then we washed those.
We can do our bit but big businesses are doing more damage than we can ever offset. They need to be made accountable.
Carbon offset is not the way to go either. Carbon negative is how it should be. Buying some trees to offset the carbon is not lowering it as the trees were already there. Sometimes these areas trees/timber have also been sold so a minus. I guess we all need to make everyone take responsibility from the smallest thing to the largest company and governments.

What is the best financial advice anyone has ever given you?
MoB
Budget, that's what I was told as a teenager. The budget works this way; 20% pay to savings, 50% pay to household expenses including mortgage or rent, 10% pay to holidays, 10% pay to clothing and 10% pay to emergency fund. I stuck to this budget and now I look back and am so proud we own our own home, we have had three round the world crusies and several other holiday trips. We have money in the bank and we are having a pretty good retirement. Pity about the current government they seem to be pushing up inflation and the cost of living is rising. I expect we will have to have a recession as we did when Keating was in power. I think we will be okay though, fingers crossed.

I occasionally help at my dear friend's cafe. There is one lady she is a regular customer, she is gluten free. She caused us that she has almost died because of us because we served her gluten free food with "dirty" tongs. She was at the hospital. This is really hard to say if that was because of us. None could exactly say what caused her such a bad reaction for gluten. We all feel gutted even we know we have done nothing wrong and used tongs only for gluten-free food,...

I would like to increase peoples awareness of the importance of herbs in our diet/'medicine' cabinet. I believe they are our only chance to regain our health and increase our vitality and energy levels. I'd like to gauge your experience with them, (good or bad) - & if bad, would like to change your mind about them. I ask for 'experience with them', not what you have read on 'Dr Google'. :)

I drink green tea regularly for the health benefits and use a wide variety of fresh herbs in cooking which I grow my own.

I would return to work. The economy is iffy so work while you can. And be prepared for a lot of obstacles to get your foot in the door. The work world is so different after 15 years. Brush up on computer skills and be prepared for young managers.

Where do you turn to for advice on retirement village and aged care? Or what's your experience with these
Paula J 395266
There is My Aged Care but while the mandates are still in place I wouldn't leave one of my cats in an aged care facility. My mother had been in a nursing home for some years before Covid but when they introduced the vaccine mandates almost half the staff left and the place soon fell apart. The residents were neglected as there simply weren't enough staff, the food was terrible, visitors were prevented from visiting and the residents were prevented from going out and every time a resident tested positive they were all locked in their rooms. Prisoners were treated better. My mother had an infection which had previously been tested for regularly, it caused her to have a heart attack, then someone fell on her breaking her knee then another infection went undiagnosed or treated and she died. I lodged a formal complaint 6 months ago and am still waiting for a reply. It was cruel, unkind and over the top and our aged deserve much better. So until sanity prevails and things get back to normal I'd steer clear of the aged care system.

Is it a child s upbringing at home, educational experiences, peer pressure or just the norm that children now lack respect for parents/ carers/ teachers/ authority figures and sadly themselves.
Christina C 466456
This is a common theme throughout history: elderly people think that youths are wayward, youths think that the elderly are grumpy, every generation seems to be worse than the last. But in the grand scheme of things youths are just being youths and act according to their influence and cultural norms.
Here's some good quotes from a few old timers:
Socrates:
"Children; they have bad manners, contempt for authority; they show disrespect for elders and love chatter in place of exercise. They no longer rise when elders enter the room, they contradict their parents and tyrannize their teachers. Children are now tyrants.\u201d
Plato:
" No man should bring children into the world who is unwilling to persevere to the end in their nature and education "
So in a nutshell, youths are just behaving as they always have. But yes child upbringing is the most important for determining a child's character later in life so if you want good kids then you need to be the best role model for them and the best educator that you can be.

If you were unable to take care of an actual pet because of allergies, but somebody decided to make robotic pets that looks real, feels real and acts like the species it was made to look like but is still a robot, or even an old pet of yours that died, but you were able to have surgery done on it and turn it into a cyborg-pet would you do it? Personally, that s a no for me, but I do want to hear what other people have to say about this topic.
BLACK LIVES MATTER
I am not a 'pet-lover' - in the tradition sense of the word (pet-lover). Furthermore, cyborg pets are already (HERE). Just like people some have microchips in their body and wear wearable technology (to monitor a health issue - internally and externally) which interfaces with a computer. Some people (rich or super-rich) have microchips planted in their pets' body and put wearable technology on their pets (to monitor a health issue - internally and externally) which interfaces with a computer. I have a robotic pet (dog) - which can actually be programmed to speak and/or make sounds like a dog. The advantages of a robotic pet (in my case - a dog): You do not have to walk your robotic dog, feed your robotic dog, clean up after your robotic dog, or take your robotic dog to a veterinarian on a regular basis for shots. Other words, the PERFECT PET. Interesting, I have become 'quite' attach to my robotic dog and I gave my robotic dog a name (SERIOUSLY) :-))!

May I offer a suggestion? Don’t assume he ignored you on purpose. Stop for a moment and consider what might have happened in his life. Perhaps he just had the news that his wife has died from the cancer that has ravaged her for the past year. Maybe the police have just contacted him to let him know that his son has been critically injured in an accident and is in the hospital. Has his estranged daughter finally contacted him to say she wants to reconnect with him? Any of these things, and more, could mean his mind is elsewhere. Should he be driving? Probably not. But we are all human and we all make mistakes. We don’t know what other people endure, but you would be happier in yourself if you did not take it personally.

I also wash eggshells & let dry then when I have lots I blend them finely and add to garden, excellent calcium which rots down slowly.
Paula J 395266
Goodness me. I don't have enough time to go to those lengths. I recycle as much as I can but some of the symbols are quite difficult to see. I wonder why there are so many. I feed the food the cats leave to the neighbourhood fox and birds and I compost all tea bags, egg shells and veggies peelings and garden waste so I feel I pretty well do my bit.

In the 1970s, President Richard Nixon formally launched the war on drugs to eradicate illicit drug use in the US. "If we cannot destroy the drug menace in America, then it will surely in time destroy us," Nixon told Congress in 1971. "I am not prepared to accept this alternative." Over the next couple of decades, particularly under the Reagan administration, what followed was the escalation of global military and police efforts against drugs. But in that...

Recently we are researching a move to a country area from the city, and I was angry at the high cost of going through this transition. It is like a minefield. Stamp duty, capital gains, agent's fees, removalist costs, legal fees etc are far too high. To make this move, why are we going to lose over a $100,000 of our hard-earned money. In a time of housing shortage in cities, why isn't this process a lot easier and cheaper? Any thoughts from your experiences?
Christine M 323842
To buy another house you are entering into the very same problem that the rest of Australia is facing- its expensive
All those costs unfortunately either come with the cost of real estate purchase , and the income generated by the increase in value upon sale. Or just with moving home, it’s too much, I agree.
At least you are not facing homelessness like many of us who don’t own a home.

Some claim that anyone who values privacy, must have something to hide. Something criminal or along the lines of it. Why is that? I have relatives who are extremely private, just as I have some who are introverts. It's a habit, it's a lifestyle and for some it's their culture. It's not an immoral behavior for all who value their privacy. Maybe some people are 'up to no good', but not everyone. Your thoughts?

I did not socialize with my co-workers on the job, on weekends, holidays, or when I took annual (vacation) leave from the job! If I had a co-worker from hell - I did not care - since I could always transfer to another jobsite (without loss of seniority or having to accept a lower paying position)! More important, I never brought the job home with me (mentally) - left job-related personalities at the job - at the end of my shift (and I never dreaded (mentally) going to work in the morning)!

Bugalugs
This is an appalling idea. It is just an excuse for the Police to do Nothing for that is exactly what will happen. What about people who do not have, nor want, the Internet, computers, mobile phones etc.? What do they do or will some non-Police employee of the Police simply tell you to either report on-line or forget about it? The Police are Supposed to be there to Help, to interact with the Community not just sit in offices looking a computer screens or swanning around in their fancy cars. Once - many, many years ago, there were Police on the Beat in most suburbs - on foot. Today by the time they would get to you when there is trouble it would probably be far too late.
This proposal is just making the Police even more remote than they already are! Have a look at some of them the next time you happen to see one walking about! Most are Grossly over-weight so to have them off their backsides and walking the beat would be good for them. The result would be the Public would feel Safer and know that the Police actually do care about Public Safety and the prevention of Crime.

I can't believe the rising cost of healthcare insurance prices. I understand why many people are not insuring themselves for health care, but unfortunately some people need it because of certain illness. I believe that all health insurance companies are putting their prices up and that a lot of people just can't afford it. I have been thinking of switching from my current fund, but there does not seem to be a big difference between funds
Linda C
If they bought the cost down a good bit many people would take it up but every July up it goes and people start to pull out. Our health system here in Australia over the past 10 or so years has just gone down and down with hospitals closed, staff shortages but costs rising in part due to the top people getting paid very high salaries. Systems put in place that are not logical or workable in many cases. The age care sector is a disgrace. It is time to put someone in charge to go through it all bit by bit and get solutions that are workable yet still cost effective without limiting the care required.

Every now and then... public servants tend to go on strike. Teachers, Nurses, and others! Do you think it's justified for them to do so? They do cause some disruption to services. Your Views?
Paula J 395266
No, they are public servants, so are paid by the public to serve. They are all on good money, and apart from nurses have very good hours and benefits. If you aren't happy in your job then leave, but of course they won't because they never get sacked and their super will provide them with a very good income, while they are comparatively young, for the rest of their lives. I always worked in the private sector where you daren't strike in case they worked out that they could do without you and if your weren't happy you looked elsewhere. In my view they hold the public to ransom.

Supermarkets commonly mark down their produce and you can get lots of good bargains if you are at the right place at the right time. It is not uncommon to get your meat and vegetables marked down by more than 50%. Just curious what are some of the best bargains you have scored? I once happened to be shopping just as they were making down a huge shelf items that were to be discontinued at that store but still were well within their due date. Everything was about 20c or less. People were grabbing boxes of things because they were so cheap. I got protein bars, shakes, condensed milk, chips, tea, chocolate, healthy snacks, baby formula and baby food and more. What ever happened to UNIONS? Why do they seem to have little say about Employment and Employees, these day's? I know they attracted much criticism in the past ...from mainly, Big business, politicians, other leaders, Media, but I think with less accountability by bosses, we need them more than ever! Your opinion?
Darren S 116121
i think government and big business have made it so its near impossible for unions to operate,no power anymore, theres a reason 20 or 30 years ago,dad went to work, mum raised the kids and looked afer the home, one wage kept a roof on your familys head, food on the table, even a holiday someplace every year, maybe not overseas but a holiday some place nonetheless.
This is impossible today, prices through the roof, wages going nowhere, while executives get big fat bonuses for every job they cut.

Some countries require that all, male and female, serve in the military for X number of years. Should all countries require some form of military service?

Mixed feelings about that- it depends what they are being taught- if its to shoot and kill people and fixate on weapons then no but if its to teach hard work, fitness, team work, trade's, and helping people/communities in need in our country then yes for a year. And just to add it would need to be a "healthy" environment that doesn't secretly "allow" bullying and abuse.

Most people struggle with falling asleep and have times where you're stuck thinking, so what do you do? drink something warm? read? what is your favourite thing that helps you
Edward S 497347
Getting to sleep is very much like the type of dreams you have when you fall asleep.
The length of time it takes to get to sleep depends entirely on things like medical conditions, the amount of stress you were under that day, problems in your life, noise around you, and how active your mind is when you go to bed.
The best way to get a good night's sleep is to try to clear your mind of all worries before going to bed or failing that, to listen to some relaxing music in bed.
NO eating for at least one hour before going to bed, NO computer use for at least one hour before going to bed, leave your mobile ( cell ) phone in another room, NOT worry about things you have to do the next day instead write a list of those things before going to bed.
Having said all of that, I am the type of person who cares about others and worry a lot about things which are going on in the world and it takes me between one and four hours to get to sleep ( Living on a highway with traffic all day / night does not help either ).
As a result of this, I average 3 to 4 hours of sleep at night, then I get up and do surveys, then do whatever else I need to do that day then have 2 to 4 hours sleep during the day.
Counting sheep does not always work for some people because if you go to bed hungry then while you count the sheep they might start turning into lamb chops LOL

I walked away from my first marriage, ended up dating a few people and then decided I was not going to date anymore and just be by myself. Mainly because I didn't have a very good opinion of men in general. The day after I decided to stay on my own, a man walked up to me and started a conversation and it was like both of us knew instantly that we were the right people for each other, It was love at first site and we still love each other just as much 33 years later. He also changed my opinion of men.

My husband recently had a birthday and only one member of his family could be bothered to pick up the phone and wish him a happy birthday. All the others just sent a text message. I personally found this unacceptable. You have one birthday a year, how hard is it to do the right thing and at least pick up the phone and make a phone call?

A better option would be for people sending personal mail not just text message, email or a phone call. When possible meet in person for coffee cake or dinner would be my preferred birthday celebration. I often have to revert back to letters as all of my brothers and sisters are overseas.

I like to get out & go for a walk in nature, amongst the trees. Sit under a big tree or hug a big tree. Let all your worries & stress go then. Nature is a good healer in my opinion. Be free & relax with nature. Get away from the hussle & busyness of everyday life. Relax & feel free Angel in a natural environment. Natural nature will refresh you & relax you. I guarantee it.

Should police departments tackle the issue of mental illness and sociopath within their own ranks MORE aggressively to minimize the danger of unstable officers? I m not sure that tackling officers mental issues is as important as tackling the 'causes' of police officers mental issues. Police officers should be expected to be excellent at their job. However, they should not be expected to be perfect. No one short of God is perfect and everyone makes mistakes. A mistake...

with all due respect to rewardia panellists, I have a firm belief that folks who join the military or the police force are the ones who couldn't make it to be lawyers, doctors, architects, computer programmers and the list goes on.. Some of the police personnel make it to become politicians like the oaf Dutton, others rise in rank and become like the NSW deputy commissioner who stated lately in a televised news program that the police are tired of people breaking the quarantine rules (tired!!!!), srlsy? you are only issuing fines and nowadays all is computrized.

What's the best way to chop onions without crying? I can cope for a while by breathing through my mouth [for about 1/2 an onion], but if you have to chop up a lot for a stew or a casserole, what do you do then?
Ruth v
You need to peel the onion then sit it in the freezer for a couple of minutes then take it out and chop. No more tears.

What is it with parents these days? Odd baby names, whether names spelt wrong or using accepted surnames as first names. Some babies are even stuck with names of fruit or items in nature. Through the past years, children who have grown up with unusual first names have always developed psychological problems and have no direction in life. With all the acceptable baby names around, why make up new ones? What do others think?

It only used to be rich idiots who did this...remember Yowie?...Yowie Bowie?...David hopes you don't....and the lovely Moon Unit...Frank Zappa's offspring?...they just changed their names as soon as they could...so can everyone else I guess...

Thoughts about this? I prefer to save, because I feel more in control, but I would be interested in other peoples points of view and experiences.

I've discussed this with Grommie, my financial adviser. His wise words are: "in order to make a small fortune, you need to start with a large one."

What ever happened to good old rock n roll like in the 60 s & 70 s? The music today is enough to put you to sleep. Back in the day, the music would make you want to get up and dance. You didn t need to go to the gyms then, you would burn enough calories just by dancing and keeping fit at the same time. With go-go dancing, the twist and many other dances, nobody was overweight. You kept the weight off by going every week to the Saturday night dance. Meatloaf...

good old rock n roll, yes, that was a great era, and real dancing. today's act of dancing is shaking your body all over the place, and sometimes is very explicit.. call me old school, rock n roll dancing is still no 1
